Seamless collaboration and meetings all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes it incredibly easy to manage video meetings, team chats, and whiteboards from one dashboard. The interface is intuitive, the video quality is consistently great, and the meeting scheduling integration with calendars works flawlessly. It’s smooth even for large team meetings and webinars, and the AI companion features help summarize discussions efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes switching between different modules like Whiteboard, Chat, and Calendar takes a few extra clicks. The desktop app can feel heavy on slower systems, especially when multiple features are running at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps our team stay connected across offices and time zones. We use it for daily stand-ups, client calls, and quick internal huddles — all from one platform. The integrated chat, calendar, and whiteboard features make collaboration faster without switching between multiple apps. It’s reduced meeting friction and improved communication flow, especially for remote and hybrid teams.

In one coherent interface, Zoom Work integrates meetings, chat, drawing boards, and scheduling so that users can make full use of hybrid.

What do you dislike about the product?
When midrange laptops or long calls are used together with other media (such as Whiteboard, AI Companion and simultaneous live transcription), it can make running the function mess with resource consumption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates recurring themes in communication and workflows from the internet era by bringing together everything 'in one space': meetings, chat and collaboration, file sharing and brainstorming. That saves both office and remote workers time and helps to reduce friction between teams meeting digitally on screen or in person. Until now, the only advantage of doing this is easier shifting from interaction to communal wandering around by enabling video meetings. Meeting efficiency is improved by adding transcription, summaries, and speech recognition so that there's more time for decision-making. In short, Zoom Workplace simply makes things more convenient for routine collaboration throughout the day.

Zoom Workplace Improved Team Coordination
What do you like best about the product?
Since we started using Zoom Workplace, the way I work as a team has completely changed. Before, we relied on several different applications to communicate, coordinate meetings, and share documents, which made everything a bit chaotic. With Zoom Workplace, we now have everything centralized in one place. The seamless integration between video calls, chat, and collaboration tools allows me to jump from a written conversation to a meeting with a single click, and any files or notes we share are saved in the same space. Additionally, AI features like automatic meeting summaries and task generation have saved me a ton of time, especially when I can't attend every call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I'm generally satisfied with Zoom Workplace, there is one downside that I've found a bit frustrating in my day-to-day work: integrating so many features (meetings, chat, collaborative spaces, AI, etc.) can make the system feel a bit cumbersome and demanding. On teams with older computers or unstable internet connections, I've noticed that meetings take longer to load or that some tools take a while to sync properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my job, we had a recurring problem: a lack of coordination between teams. We used different platforms to communicate, schedule meetings, and share documents, and this led to a lot of information getting lost in emails, chats, and scattered files. When we started using Zoom Workplace, that problem practically disappeared. Now we have all the communication and collaboration tools integrated into a single space. We can chat, schedule meetings, share files, and take notes without leaving the same application.
Zoom great for conferences
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints, it is simple to use and does the things that we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see that Zoom Workplace has been working hard to improve since we started using the software.

I benefit greatly from being able to communicate seamlessly with my entire team through Zoom Workplace, allowing us to hold multiple meetings without the need for separate calls or emails. The camera and microphone features serve me well, facilitating smooth communication. I appreciate the overall experience that enables me to share everything effortlessly with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the problematic email functionality; it doesn't work as expected and requires improvement, as voice communication is more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Zoom Workplace allows me to communicate with my entire team efficiently without needing to call or email each person individually, facilitating numerous meetings and interactions seamlessly.
Easy to Use and Connect
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely user-friendly, and in my experience, it is also the fastest option available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were possible to hold meetings longer than 40 minutes without having to pay extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's simple to share my screen and present to clients who are not part of the company.
Zoom is the most used virtual meeting application
What do you like best about the product?
In my region, Zoom is the most widely used virtual meeting software and application, which led me to try it for my professional needs, such as online classes, interviews, and meetings. After using various other platforms like Google Meet, I found myself preferring Zoom because it is user-friendly and flexible. I also appreciate the range of controls available both before and during meetings, which makes managing sessions much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom does not provide any indication of whether someone is letting you into a meeting when you request to join. For example, if I join a meeting and then leave the app while waiting, I often use other applications. However, from my taskbar, I can't tell if I am the only one in the call or if others are present. The only notification I receive is a sound alert, sometimes accompanied by a vibration, when someone joins or lets me into the meeting. This alert can be startling at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom only allows a very short window—less than a minute—for us to join a meeting after we request access from a link. If we are not admitted within that time, the request is automatically cancelled. While it is possible to try joining again using the same link, Zoom does not keep a history of meeting links, so we cannot easily rejoin the same meeting twice from a saved record. Additionally, Zoom lacks a feature to save our meeting history, which makes it difficult to track how many meetings we have attended or the duration of each session. This absence of a meeting history is especially inconvenient for research or record-keeping purposes, as it becomes challenging to keep track of our past meetings.
Zoom as good as Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to connect with people from various locations, companies, and even across different systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initiating a call or connection can be somewhat frustrating. There are just too many clicks, pop-ups, and the need to switch between different apps, which makes the process more cumbersome than it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my company, we primarily use Microsoft Teams, but I find that Zoom makes it much easier and more seamless to connect with people who aren't on that platform.
