Convenient for Basic Calls, But Lacks Advanced Features for Market Research
What do you like best about the product?
On a basic level zoom workplace gets the job done for basic video conference calls or seminars etc. you can invite an unlimited number of people and you can join by app or browser and dial in which is convenient on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have the same functionality of some other platforms like discuss.io which offers back room capabilities and live tech support which is indispensable in my own industry - market research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to gather in teams or 1:1 calls to discuss important matters whether scheduled ahead of time or on the spot as hoc meetings.

I frequently use Zoom Workplace in my daily routine for work training sessions and conferences, and I particularly appreciate the ability to use breakout rooms for more focused discussions on relevant topics. The ability to host conference calls with participants from different states is another fantastic advantage that Zoom Workplace offers. I find the audio quality in Zoom Workplace lacking. It doesn't perform as well as I would like, which affects my communication during meetings.

I use Zoom Workplace to facilitate communication during work trainings and conferences, especially with its breakout rooms feature allowing discussion from different locations. It helps me communicate effectively with diverse opinions from multiple people simultaneously.

I would like to see more detailed note taking for AI function of meeting summary.

It’s solving the ability to have meetings late at night and all teammates don’t need to be in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
I can join the meetings with in just one click, the audio and the video quality is very clear, and it works very good in slower internet. Everything that is chat, calls, meetings, and file sharing is in one place, which makes work easier and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel sometimes Switching between chat, meetings, and calendar doesn’t always feel smooth. And sometimes it logs you out randomly, which is frustrating when you’re in a hurry.

It helps me to do face to face conversation immediately and sharing the information for better understanding with screen sharing

so many features are packed into one platform, and switching between tools isn’t always smooth, making it harder to stay focused and adding unnecessary friction.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of scattered communication and too many disconnected tools by bringing meetings, messaging, collaboration, and workflows into one unified platform. It helps teams stay organized, reduces time lost switching between apps, and makes remote or hybrid work smoother by keeping everything—conversations, decisions, documents, and action items—in a single, easy-to-access workspace.
Exceptional Stability and User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The overall user interface is excellent. This app is impressively stable, unlike others that tend to have video problems whenever there are internet issues. I also find the emojis and the ability to change backgrounds very useful, especially when working from home. It directly gets open with a single click also, which is really helpful. The summarization feature is top notch. I use it almost everyday.

nothing as such faced by me. The overall software is very helpful and easy to use.

you can do video call from any place ,apart from that background implementation is easy ,any one can use it apart from that numerous features like autio mute nd all helps from unnecessary noise.I use it daily in my work

Downside is sometimes we enter meeting and suddenlt the mic o video is on ,aart frm that some technicl glitches and change of name while meeting is not easy

problem of collaboration it is solving , i can easily colloborate with business leader on my zoom work place and easily have meetings with them on zoom,moreover screen sharing option is solving me sharing problem i can easily shar any thing in the meeting and do my presentation

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom Workplace's capacity to bring together all our employees, allowing up to 400 to 500 participants in a single town hall meeting, which is incredibly convenient. I love how everyone can easily jump into a call without any hassle, making communication seamless across large groups. The breakout room feature is particularly beneficial as it enables us to split into smaller discussion groups when needed. Additionally, the customizable background options are impressive and help in maintaining professionalism during meetings. The EVAC feature is another standout, as it enhances our video calls significantly. I find these aspects of Zoom Workplace pretty awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have major dislikes about Zoom Workplace as I am overall very satisfied with its functionality. However, I believe that adding more nuanced permission settings could enhance user management, allowing for more defined restrictions and controls.
