Extremely Useful
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides the easiest to use platform for eremote meetings with staff or clients, as well as reliable Zoom-room connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administrative side of Zoom could be easier and more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the pandemic began, we needed a fast, easy, reliable videoconferencing solution. Zoom was the perfect choice. We have continued to use it as our primary teleconferencing solution.

Reliable Service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is consistenly available without any downtime. It is reliable service and we pay for the HIPAA compliance license which is very helpful to our providers to stay in compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rate per HIPAA license is not comparable to the free DOXY HIPAA single user license. It should be reviewed to create additional levels of rates/access to be comparable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a HIPAA compliant software for telemedicine and this solves the requirement completely.

We are WFH and this helps us to host/attend business meetings and functions. It also allows us to host virtual conferences with participants from the world over.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! It's really super easy to use. With that it's also super easy to implement, onboarding new users and training is a breeze.
The best part, your're not alone, if you run into trouble you have access to their worldclass customer service who will make quick work of any problem you throw their way.
Once you're up and running, the sheir number of addons and plugins available is mind-blowing.Honetsly that's my favorite part of Zoom is the integrations, and the ease of those integrations is the best in the industry.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a stretch - but the sheir number of addons can be a curse too. Because there are quite a few ways to handle specific problems it's possible to get a little lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're 100% remote post covid, Zoom allows us to function, be it training new colleagues, meeting with customers or simply picking up the phone and calling someone...this is all handled through Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user and admin friendly. It is very easy to configure, even advanced features like Zoom Rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are in a VDI environment and not all their features work in our environment. Not sure that that's entirely their fault.

Previously we didn't have an easy way to use the video conferencing equipment in our boardroom, now we can.

Communicating with constituents and external partners in different geographic locations. Accessibility to reach mass audiences for conferences and special convenings.
Easy to use and manage
What do you like best about the product?
You can do a lot of thing within the portal like quickly assign the license to users or remote update the equipments. The deployment process is also simple, just have to follow the instructions on their website.
What do you dislike about the product?
the zoom app is using too much resource, it caused our users with an older laptop model often time freeze up while on a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly create a meeting and send out invite to people, screen sharing is a very helpful feature and the ease of adding annotation while sharing makes it even better
Great Platform but lacks some of the collaboration features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom platform by far have the best quality of audio and vidoe when it come comes to calls and meetings along with the ease of use, combined with the phone platform its very easy to place calls to any users in the company directory. Also they have a very hands on Customer support so issues can be resolved easily
What do you dislike about the product?
No collaboration features similar to what's available in Teams for example like being able to work in files alongside other coworkers and seeing changes realtime. Also with Teams any messages or data shared during calls/meetings is displayed afterwards in a channel and can be viewed at anytime but that's not the case with Zoom.

Ease of connectivity with peers and screen sharing during meetings
