What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and allows multiple users to join and add their own meetings. I like that you can control users who join, and allow them to speak or not, or show their cameras or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, you are not able to see recurring meetings on the desktop, or if they are on the desktop version, they are not on the online version. Also, sometimes, we don't get sound recorded even though it says "recording in progress."
I would like a system that moves our camera system when someone is speaking to automatically show the speaker instead of having one of our team members do this manually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our county is very spread out demographically. This allows us to feel like we are all in one room, instead of wasting almost 2 hours of travel time to get to and from different areas for meetings. It also allows us the ability to stream our public meetings so that our community members are able to watch live governmental meetings, or if they are not able to attend in person, they can then watch the recording that we've downloaded from Zoom and upload to our YouTube site.

Zoom is not that well know and used, as I normally use Teams at work.

It's a great platform we using at work for meetings, presentations and updates and it's good since we work from home I am able to join in where ever I am.

The down side about it is the time limit because sometimes you can be in the middle of a presentation only to be timed out.

It makes it easier for us to do presentation and scheduling meetings and it helps get everyone in the meetings wherever they are because its difficult to get everyone in one room

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly tool and easy intergration ofvideo conferencing and chats.I use is for all my virtual meetings. This tool is easy to implement with minimal setup and 24/7 sustomer support service is also available.

There is nothing that I find major setback about the tool.

It is benefitting me by solving the problem of remote communication. It has high quality virtual meeting features, one can use screen sharing and virtual backgroung. It is good for small as well as large meetings.

Zoom has a lot of features compare to other video conferencing apps and I think it was priced really good. It's easy to use and it's fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times that calls dropped off without any known reasons. Also, There were few instances that I can't share my screen so I have to leave the meeting and enter again.

Zoom continues to release updates for bug fixes to make sure the app is stable and up to speed. They also keep improving their existing features and from time to time add new features too.

The video quality is consistently high, even when bandwidth is not ideal, and the audio clarity ensures that everyone can communicate effectively.
Zoom’s ease of use is one of its standout features. The app’s interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which is a big plus, especially when managing teams that may not all be equally tech-savvy.

Security and privacy could be a little bit better, but there are also things on the administrator side that can be done to maximize security and privacy in a call. I also wish the chat feature was a little more dynamic. Private messages from one caller to another are not easily seen by the recipient. Notifications would be really appropriate here
