What do you like best about the product?
It is a great platform to have a video call and schedule virtual interviews.

I dislike that there have been a few times the picture was not that clear when I blurred my background.

I can connect with my cowkers whom are spread out all over the world! It's simply amazing!

I dont like that my sessions only last every 45 minutes but I can get that updated with our IT.

Being able to work from home, but still have video meetings and not have to travel into the office to meet about important things.

The most important thing is its simple user interferace platform, which helps to connect from anywhere with your team and hence enhances productivity.

i think i dislike most is limited green screen backgrounds , also a bit priecy to use all advance features and require large bandwidth of internet.

There are numerious fields in which zoom is making life easier i.e to create minutes of meetings we can use option of transcription, and after meets those minutes can be shared via email to every paticepent.
It was very uninterrupted and smooth experience.

customer support can be a bit slow, but that is it.

Virtual learning classroom sessions are more easy, you can create classrooms and divide the participants in 2 sessions.

So we use zoom on daily basis for our internal calls and it is very easy and user friendly.
We can easily share screen, we can create rooms, we have played multiple games using zoom.

we can easily schedule meetings within a minute, we can easily explain others about our things by sharing our screen. We creates classroom for fun sessions. The voice and video quality is great.

Enhancing ESL Education with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
From an ESL educator’s standpoint, the best feature of Zoom Workplace is how PORTABLE the platform is. I can use the features such as, sharing a screen, collaborating into groups, and using a whiteboard that is live for students which in turn, keeps them active. It means that if a teacher has many students in the class, the platform provides a reliable option for communication.
Occasionally, I use the Zoom application in the classroom and blend it with another tool called ScreenPal. For instance, I record lessons using ScreenPal and when we are in the midst of the zoom lesson, share the recorded video of grammar tutorials or pronunciation drills. This allows me to make the most of lesson time and give students materials with which they can easily review

What do you dislike about the product?
One issue that I do not enjoy as an ESL educator is that the Zoom Workplace relies on internet connection. Interference with technical equipment is also a problem that may affect lessons and the teacher’s ability to get through to students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me as an ESL teacher in addressing many issues as is described below. This makes it possible to engage with the students no matter the location of the latter. Such options as sharing the screen, breakout sessions, and live annotations to help me turn lessons into fun sessions as it is in a normal classroom setting. It also has a scheduling component and allows me to record lessons which students can use if they had to miss a specific class. This is particularly useful when working on projects with people in varying time zones and capability or learning levels. In general, it becomes easier and efficient for me and my students to teach and learn online.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using the collaborative whiteboard for team engagement virtual calls. And taking notes via virtual assistant is the best new feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like Zoom meeting should give minimum of 1 hour meeting slot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in connecting with team when working on hybrid or remote. We can get through video conference calls without any disturbance or issues over the call.
