What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable and comprehensive suite of conferencing tools with some nice additions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating preferences and options is sometimes a maze and hard to find what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regularly use this software to enable face to face to face products demos with potential customers. The newly added "Clips" -- the ability to record short videos or screenshares is a pleasant surprise and loaded with nice little options like a moving gif of your video into your email.

What do you dislike about the product?
Uses more CPU resources compared to Microsoft teams or Webex.
Sometimes Glitches observing during meeting start time as sometimes it takes more than 1-2 mins to start the meeting on system.

Zoom workplace is an all in one platforms that combines meetings, chat, email, whiteboard, docs and clips in a single app. It's built-in AI companion can summarize meetings, generate chat replies, draft emails and helping teams to save time on follow-ups. Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace’s heavy resource usage on older or low-end devices and find the free plan’s 40‑minute group meeting limit restrictive. Unhelpful customer support and confusing billing or cancellation processes. Past privacy and security incidents still make some organizations cautious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace cuts down the chaos of juggling tons of apps just to get my work done. It puts meetings, chat, docs, whiteboards, and AI helpers all in one place, so I can constantly switching tabs or hunting for links. Meetings feel lighter because AI can grab notes and action items for me, and I can stay in the loop with quick recaps instead of joining every call. Overall, it helps me to save time, stay organized, and work with my team more smoothly.

Zoom Workplace is a one-stop solution for internal communication. I especially appreciate the meeting quality and the Zoom AI companion, which provides a complete summary of the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the Zoom workplace mobile app available for Android; it's really slow and doesn't work sometimes when opened. The iOS app is better compared to Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of communication gaps by giving us one platform for chatting, video calls, and sharing files, which makes working together much easier. It helps us see who's available, so we can plan our meetings better. For me, this means I'm more productive and can stay connected with my team, even while working from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides everything in front of my eyes like If I want to raise hand I can directly by clicking emoji, if I want to share my screen I can directly by clicking on share screen, if I want to end the meeting I can directly end it by clicking on end button in the bottom right.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the Captions as it interprets some words incorrect as if the person is saying Remit AI it shows in caption remittance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my major problem as if I want to show my client my screen on which I am working so that my client can see it and rectify the mistakes if any.

I appreciate that Zoom Workplace provides a quick and free way to video call with multiple people at once, making it convenient for staying connected with family. I like that it is easy to use on both a computer and the app, offering flexibility in how I access it. Its accessibility to multiple generations is also a strong point; my parents in their 60s can use Zoom Workplace with ease, which is a testament to its user-friendly design. I also enjoy the straightforwardness of setting up an account and being able to use it on any computer effortlessly. Furthermore, I find that having the ability to create quick meetings whenever needed significantly adds to its practicality. The fact that the initial setup takes only a few minutes is another advantage, making it simple and efficient right from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that it isn't straightforward to remove the password requirement from meetings. It would be beneficial if there was a free option to have longer calls, ideally extending up to an hour, which would offer more flexibility when connecting with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for quick and free video calls with multiple people, appreciating its ease of use and accessibility across generations, allowing seamless communication with family and effortless setup on any computer.
