Zoom works really well

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up recurring meetings and online events is easy, as is sharing hosting duties. The options for recording are good, and live streaming to YouTube is easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service seems expensive -- a nonprofit rate would be nice, as would the ability to have more seats under the basic plan. The features for configuration are complex; I had to go through the tutorial a couple of times, and it was suprising at the time how many items the teacher said to skip... why have them there at all, lol. Maybe that's fixed now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connects our remote workforce, and allows us to host small discussion groups.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy use and flexibility- most people know this now. I produce events, and I like to give my clients options in how I deliver their content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like having to login into Zoom.us for admin tasks. I want the desktop app to give me access. I want to set up roles for clients and switch easily between accounts, with no logout and in. I want this on the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating in various ways and calendar integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and customize. They are always adding new features that allow new ideas to come to the forefront of our business. As a daily user of Zoom, I've used many of the integrated tools and enjoy learning about new opportunities and ways to use the software. I also love the integration into Google Workspace and calendar invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many various technologies centered around team communication, it is easy to have a preference for your personaly and business communication. I do wish there were even integrations with other products so that I could stay in the Zoom interface while using other tools and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps our team come together even as we are a deployed organization around the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom looks the best of any online meeting platform, I have tried them all and it definitely is the sharpest and clearest. It also seems to have the best connection. It is easy to use and an effective way to communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I have to do so many video meetings now that everyone uses Zoom, I miss being able to zone out on a phone call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our totally remote organization to feel connected and communicate with each other easily.

Reliable industry standard for video conferencing

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a reliable, flexible, and full-featured video conferencing product. It integrates well with managed devices, and has a number of nice convenience features like seamless device switching while on calls. It's also very system resource-light compared to many other competing video conferencing products on the market. Zoom is user-friendly and easy for non-technical users, and also, due to it's level of adoption, most users are likely to be familiar with its features and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licenses get costly, and the limits on free seats are enough of an inconvenience that virtually every user believes they need a full seat, which can result in lots of either license cleanup efforts, or a surprisingly large bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a remote-first commpany so we have workers all over the country that need to collaborate. Zoom allows us to easily run meetings, screenshare, and as a member of the IT team, is a valuable remote support tool with remote control via screensharing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the meeting tools that we use quite frequently in our daily business interactions with our team and customers. Having the phone plan as well is useful in bundling things together. Ease of use and number of features that come with the application are very helpful to our team and the meetings we are having regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, others outside of our organization run into problems getting into the meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can meet with our customers virtually and don't have to travel as much. Allows us to poll our people for their opinions easily during meetings since a good portion of them are remote workers.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. As a member of a remote team, it has been a game-changer in helping our team develop personal connections from every corner of the U.S. We meet (virtually) face-to-face and interact as though we are in the same room.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I experience is having to appear presentable even though working from home.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps our team connect face-to-face from every corner of the U.S. and strengthens interpersonal relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely convenient for connecting with my teammates and clients, as we are a 100% virtual company with clients all over the U.S. Zoom is also a great platform for us to use for our quarterly webinars with 100-200 attendees. I like that it integrates with Outlook - I can send a Zoom meeting invite via an Outlook appointment in the Outlook app.
What do you dislike about the product?
We switched from Microsoft Teams to Zoom, and the team chat features are not as convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a 100% virtual company, and Zoom enables us to meet and chat easily with our team and our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most user friendly platform I use for connecting virtually. The UI is straightforward, reliable, easy to train on and, when there are issues, which are few and far between, the customer support is superb. We use the product every day so it's important that it's reliable. We also appreciate how many new features have been implemented for collaboration, monitoring, notetaking, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent updates at log on - perhaps a note or email or better communication how to update in the background as I find people are often a few minutes late to meetings waiting for it to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect with a wide range of clients and do our trainings, strategy sessions, etc.
