What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace to attend meetings virtually at home. I have learned a lot because some of the meetings, I attend are education meetings where learning materials are shared and explained. The ease of use of this software is another thing I like, you don't need to learn the software before using it, you just have to download and start using it straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it requires a very strong network for video quality to be perfect, when the network is a bit weak the quality of video will be a bit poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is a conferencing software that enable organizations or individuals have conference meetings virtually. I benefit because I use it to attend any meeting virtually.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and has a lot of customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is slow to get a response via a ticket. Having issues integrating with HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing us a simple platfor for us to host our virtual events.
Best in Class Video Calls
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy and intuative, the call quality is always top notch and the AI meeting notes companion is scarily accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process for adding multiple products was challenging. We are a smaller account for Zoom, and felt it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company currently does NOT utilize a maority of the product features within Zoom Workplace. Our primary use-case is video conferencing, screen sharing and meeting notes. Slack's improvements to the Huddle feature are slowly eating into our use of Zoom for 1/1 calls and screen sharing needs, but larger groups and anything external will remain with Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
It brings different features into a single platform which includes messgaes,video conferencing and other collaborative tools.It is scalable and flexible for large enterprises along with its smooth implementation across all platforms,It is also compatible with the frequency with its is usable in different work environments. It provides the excellent customer support to its users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some underlying things which needs to be look into for the smooth and effective working that includes data scurity,connection dependency,price range for large enterprises,integration with other platforms,ease of use for the new users as it is somewhat complex in the beginning to operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its strong and reliable platform for interconnectivity within the workplace and for the remote environment as it brings the whole collaboration team under a single umbrella and hence helps in excellent decision making .
Great all-in-one solution
What do you like best about the product?
With many staff already familiar with Zoom for meetings, it was a smooth transition to roll out other features of Zoom Workplace. Having our meetings, team chats, and whiteboards all in one place has vastly improved our interactions among the staff. Implementation was smooth as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the setting you want is buried in the abundance of settings.

We were using too many apps to communicate internally.
Zoom is the best option for virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reliablity and cosistency of Zoom for our business to be able to have virtual meetings, you can't put a price on that. Video and connection is the best feature of Zoom Workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high for a nonprofit but I guess you have to pay high for the best product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sustain a business with a hybrid work setting.
Simple to use, could use better security features/assurances

It is very simple and easy for my users to enroll in and use. It is relatively easy to administer from my point of view also.

I do wish that Zoom was more secure. Better encryption features would be great.

Creates an easy way for customers to join calls

What do you like best about the product?
Favorite feature is the screen control, very convenient for troubleshooting other users' computers. Use it a lot, works well with hardware we have. I like that there are multiple tiers of usage as well for those who don't need to host meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requiring all hosts to be licensed is a bit inconvenient when there are other services with video conferencing built in that won't have a time limit.

easy to use, works with low bandwidth in certain countries
What do you dislike about the product?
not having breakout rooms inside breakout rooms. useful in school setup, when classrooms go to practice to be able to split again
