Does what I need it to do
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom Workplace is that most companies are familiar with it and use it often.
What do you dislike about the product?
My most recent difficulty with Zoom Workplace was when a partner sent me a link that did not allow me to log in. I had to call in to join the meeting, which was fine. I wasn't able to view the screen shared info, but I'm sure if I called in with the app I would have been able to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with regionally diverse and remote teams.
Dependable and easy
What do you like best about the product?
The system is always 'on'. We can't recall ever having any sort of outage, which means money saved. Our team finds it easy to use as well. Whenver we have needed assistance customer support has always been fast and conveinent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's possible for Zoom to charge a little less for the software. If they could, that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform gives our remote working employess the ability to text message those outsdie of the Zoom network.
ZOOM for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The fact is that it connects to my team workspace and my calendar and is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the plug-ins for Google Spaces, like Google Calendar, are buggy. For example, you can't set a co-host/sub-host directly from the calendar invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely. So, most of my contact with my team and network is virtual. Zoom is my team's hub for communication and networking.
Best Tool for Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay organized and easily connect with clients and internal team. I love the AI summary as well which helps recap things I might have forgotten about at a later date.
What do you dislike about the product?
During meetings, sometimes the audio doesn't connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom for internal meetings, onboarding our clients, and to screenshare/brainstorm ideas. It is very helpful with the ability to record, screenshare, chat and AI features to recap meetings. I also love sending clients a recap of our recorded calls.
Combine meetings with voice
What do you like best about the product?
One easy to use client that links together Zoom meetings with your office calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the number of client updates that seem to come out weekly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom with the employees (IT support) and other customers for con-calls and sharing screens.
Best in service but pricey
What do you like best about the product?
Quality of service for phone and video calls, easy to integrate, user find it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost certainly adds up, and like most SaaS products, you can't lower your license count. Customer support can be slightly long to answer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Zoom for collaboration and meetings - it offers a seamless way to connect, share ideas, and sync on projects. Its video conferencing capabilities make communication more personal and engaging, while screen sharing, breakout rooms, and chat features enhance collaborative efforts. Administering the suite is relatively seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can occasionally be buggy, but their support team is usually on-point in providing assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom addresses the communication gap that a distributed company faces in keeping communication seamless and expedient.
Reliable Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Zoom is the ease of use and lack of issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu bar location sometimes when presenting a screen share.

We are a 100% remote company and Zoom allows us to connect effectively.
Zoom Workplace is time-saving.

The AI feature captures meeting notes and produces action items for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature can capture unnecessary conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have notes at my side while in a video meeting. I don't have to type up meeting minutes or action items.
Works well overall

I like that I'm able to navigate the system easily.

There are times the platform glitches and kicks members out of groups.
