What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its all-in-one setup that streamlines communication and scheduling, which is a huge plus for lead generation. Having meetings, chat, calendar, and collaboration tools in one place helps me stay organized and responsive, especially when managing follow-ups and booking calls. It saves time, reduces tool-switching, and keeps everything aligned for smoother outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming with all its features packed into one platform. The interface, while powerful, can be slightly cluttered, especially when juggling multiple chats, meetings, and calendar invites. A cleaner layout or more customizable dashboard would definitely improve the user experience.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of scattered communication and disjointed workflows by bringing meetings, chat, calendar, and collaboration tools into one unified platform. For me as a lead generation specialist, this means less time switching between apps and more time focusing on outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals. It keeps my schedule organized, improves team coordination, and ensures I never miss a touchpoint with prospects.

1. It's not much reliable when it comes to security concerns.
2. The application consumes a lot of hardware resources while having a meeting.
3. The meeting struggles a lot during poor internet connection as compared to other video conferencing platforms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to connect with the clients worldwide, I use zoom application. I normally use google meet but some of the clients prefer Zoom. Over the zoom meeting, the clients discuss about the issue they are facing and I resolve them by taking the device remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace every day to connect with my colleagues based in different parts of the world. It makes meeting easy as we can share multiple screens at the same time to compare different working files together, or go into the focus room and have smaller group discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I want go to the cloud recording link as a guest to see the playback, I am given the option to download the meeting but by clicking download it will automatically download all 6 versions of the same meeting - will be good to have an option to pick and choose which one to download so I don't need to delete after.

Zoom Workplace allows we meet our colleagues worldwide easily, so we don't need to book meeting room or fly to the location to see each other and discuss topics of interest.
