Easy to use and extremely reliable while seamlessly integrating with Fireflies.ai
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and integrates easily with Google Calendar as well as with Fireflies.ai.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version is not as friendly/easy to navigate as the desktop version.

Zoom workplace is pretty cool with its feature to have team chat where you can ping different teams if you are part of, ping team members and know their status if they are available or on call or busy,while you dont have to wait for response from them

Integration between applications. A clear and organized presentation of the work environment. Good payment plans.

Sometimes it is difficult to uninstall an add-on that has been installed, for example, an AI for transcribing meetings.

I don't see any problem. Perhaps the improvement could be to provide more cloud space for recording meetings.

Zoom offers good video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty easy for just about anyone to set up and join meetings even if they have no or less technical knowledge in how to join meetings on zoom. The features like screen sharing allowing folks to share screen and host control are really great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that needs to be improved like some instances of background noise/ voice duplication during meetings decreases the quality of experience to a great extent. Also, the customer service is not good here, people get automated responses instead of human assistance.

Zoom Workplace brings communication, employee engagement through various features available here. Group meetings and Zoom rooms feature high-quality video and audio, calendar sync, and complete privacy. We also have private and public chat groups, file sharing feature, virtual hand-raising option, and polling and Q&A features which make it a great place to have smooth meetings.

zoom should update their features on connecting others into the same chat withput being so dificult

for me as teacher the best option is that I have call members , like set them silent mode and give them a voice after they'll rise a hand.

I think it be better if any option to make call with notes, to know where I stop at last time.

I'm making online lessons and video recording was always hardest thing, after zoom video capture it's a easiest thing now.
