What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and great for remote teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be glitchy at times and can get pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are all remote, so this solves us being able to meet virtually.
Smooth well feature collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, audio / video quality, screenshare works great. Ease of integration to other tools. We have multiple tools in the same realm but Zoom is the recommended and used most. Implementation was straight foward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting support is not the best. Response via email is slow. At times, upgrades it feels buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting employees and customers with a quailty solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The lack of errors. It is very forgiving to issues with network or devices.

The cost could be a bit lower. Other than that, no issues

Favorite feature of zoom workplace is ease of use and various management features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind right away, only thing is not related to zoom workplace itself but how for conferencing equipment we have to tie them specifically to zoom or teams. Not sure what makes them not interchangeable.

Zoom Workplace lets us connect all of our employees no matter where they are located, this increases communication and productivity.

I like the features and what I can do with it when it comes to calls. The reactions are also good

In am not happy about the inability to increase or decrease the number of participants on one page. It defaults to the number and unlike Google meets, I cannot change the number. If for example, I have 25 participants and I want them on the same page, I am unable to do that yet with google meets, I have this option to decide on number of people I want to see per page. Please fix this as soon as possible Zoom

Zoom is the accepted standard for business virtual meetings. They are constantly improving the product each week.

There is nothing I really dislike except for it is constantly being updated.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in the Home screen. It has all 4 items I nned every day.

The chat especially if you have a large amount of users.

Extremely user friendly to set up and roll out
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has been extremely easy to set up and roll out, from an administrative standpoint. Integrating current features, and the roll out of new features is extremely easy. My organization is 90% remote so we use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have noticed so far is when users request features be enabled, we don't always recieve an email about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Zoom in late 2019, early 2020, as we and everyone else went to a remote/WFH structure. We needed the ability to have both large and small meetings, as well as class style meetings. As everything has transitioned since then into Zoom Workplace, we have found ourselves using more of the features that are available, and that has made our meetings and events continue to run smoothly.
