Great place to be - Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has definitely been the easiest and fastest way of communication with team members, managers. Great application to be connected. Very easy to use and user friendly. Never had any issues during team meetings. It is very easy to use and very reliable. Since we all work from home in our organization, Zoom Workplace has actually been the hero of we all getting connected and communicate with each other with such an ease. Thank you Zoom Workplace for everythng!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Zoom Workplace from quite sometime now but never found any issues or there is nothing that is to be disliked. It's all perfect all the time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since all the team members work from home. It is very important to get connected at least once or twice a day to discuss important updates, or any challenges that the teams are facing. So Zoom Workplace has played a key role in helping us get connected when ever and where ever we are, be it from our system or from our phone. Instant communication with the team members through Zoom Workplace helps us to achieve our targets more easily and in a better way. Thank you!
Great app for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it integrates with Outlook to make scheduling. The User interface is easy to use, easy to change settings on the fly and add and invite users. In my opinion, it is better than other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are constantly updating the application and moving core functionality buttons. So it is frustrating after an update and you are presenting and cannot locate something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me and our clients to connect and give that virtual conference room to discuss projects and points of communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom since 2020, specifically during the Covid-19 lock down period. The improvement that I see from then towards now if drastic. The best that I like is how the interface has been developed into a more user friendly one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the mobile app version of Zoom can look at some more developments. The interface creates some confusions at times in navigating through the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workspace saves a lot of time that needs to be spend for in-person meetings.

seamless video conferencing with large number of participants , screen sharing and also we can use certain backgrounds

connectivity issues it need a good internet connection , sometimes i have trouble joining meeting due to technical problems

we use zoom workplace mainly for video conferences .The main benefits are cost saving because we dose not really need to go to certain places to attend meetings ,with zooms easy integration users can easily schedule meetings without hassle

Zoom is fast to connect; you don't have to have the app to join a conference and it is easier for people who don't have a lot of experience with technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if zoom has instant message suite to use it on a daily bases in the company

other platforms are to heavy and slow; you can add anybody you want without any difficulty when logging in

For me Zoom generally provides a stable and reliable connection, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted meetings. It also offers a wide range of features beyond basic video conferencing, including screen sharing, breakout rooms, chat, file sharing, and more.

Nothing so far, for me it is the best app for meetings

In my experience, many workplaces struggle with fragmented communication across various apps (email, chat, video calls). But when I discovered this Zoom it can now help teams work more efficiently it also reduces miscommunication and ensures that everyone is on the same page.
