Great, for business, bring family and friends closer
What do you like best about the product?
In training, it works very well, we have conducted AI and Marketing courses via Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
It remains a bit complex to use for those who do not have it installed on their computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, for example, it was the ideal means to move forward with everything in terms of communication. Currently, it is great for meetings with people who are in distant locations and for any type of training.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for sharing screens, recording, taking notes, AI summaries, and real-time chat. It also integrates easily with Google Calendar and my contacts. I use this multiple times a week without any issues. It requires occasional system updates, but those are completely within minutes. It's easy to install on devices. I've used Zoom regularly for 3 years no and haven't had to contact customer support for any reason so far. Great tool.

When sharing, the toolbar can get in the way or get lost on my screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes remote work very easy. I can collaborate with team members and clients easily. Zoom simplifies client calls and makes it easy to share reports, findings, and have virtual face-to-face discussions. It also is a great option for screen and video capturing. Plus, it takes notes for you with it's AI tool.

There is nothing to dislike but one thing I can say is that it consumes data a little bit higher

The best part of Zoom Workplace is that is comes with integration of zoom chat, meetings, whiteboard & zoom chat. It is the most user-friendly platform I have ever used. AI powered Zoom Workplace makes it even better and user-friendly for the less techy people.

Sometimes, I have experienced audio lagging.
