What do you like best about the product?
Zoom, is an easy softwear for an organization. We use zoom for our daily communication in our organization. Zoom varity options gives easy to understand and use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now, I am very happy to use zoom on my daily office communiation and zoom is very friendly application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a friendly softear. I use zoom on my daily communicaiton. The varity options zoom has, make work the communication easy for me. for example the screenshot option is very easy to use.

Zoom is a very powerful video conferencing application with many benefits like screen sharing and hand raising that help the host manage the meeting without difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
Live subtitle performance should increase as sometimes it gets misspelled.

This helps me organize a meeting quickly when organizing it can sometimes take a long time without Zoom,

The Zoom platform is very user-friendly for attending meetings, allowing numerous participants to join from different parts of the city

No dislikes about the Zoom workplace as of now the platform is good

We can join meetings directly from the browser without needing the application, which saves time. It's not mandatory to have the app, and the voice quality is clear when the other person is speaking.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is reliable and is very convenient for staff that's working from home. It allows us to connect in a virtual workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if more than 1 persons can share content at the same time, for those times when there is a need to compare data.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows perfect flow of communication, hassel free, quick resolvement of issue with customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time period of a connect, if we exceed 40 minutes the the links has to be re sent or either pay for longer extention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It breaks the distance and coommunication barrier, the fact that no matter where our team members are located, we're able to meet virtually and communicate is breaking all communication barriers.

What do you like best about the product?
It has great hosting and meeting controls like a shared screen, either a single window or an entire desktop, annotating on screen, chatting with everyone, or just a single person during the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat meetings disappear after the call is over and the fact that the app seems to be a multi-face app, instead of all-in-one experience (chat, video, audio, files, etc).

Great way to connect and participate long distance
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy, accessible. The free account allows me to participate in virtual interviews, long distance meetings, or even do virtual sibling activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make it easier to update the apps on desktops or laptops. I had an interview set up, but the app wouldn't run because it said it was outdated and the web page wouldn't run and I ended up missing the interview and having to completely remove the app and wait a few days before downloading the app again in order to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows long-distance participation, reducing travel costs and increasing ability to get everyone on the same page. It is difficult for everyone to be on the same page when working virtually, and video conferencing really reduces confusion

What do you like best about the product?
Most important thing is the stability and quality of the calls and the addition of social interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the inability to send the text messages directly within the platform

Optimize in-person time. And it's benefiting me in terms of time management and smart work.

It's extremely easy to launch and participate in other people's calls.

Now that there is AI integrated there are extra steps you need to take in order to join a call.

My company is remote first, we wouldn't be able to communicate without Zoom.
