The best ever
What do you like best about the product?
Of all the video conferencing apps, zoom meets all the requirements of a good calling tool. The opportunities I had to use for remote classes were excellent!

Not having the opportunity to listen behind doors of breakout rooms

At the pandemic we stoped working because we were only in person training

1. Friendly interface.
2. Best way to communicate with co-workers.
3. video calls and presentation of the screen.
4. Remote control Access in a Zoom call.
5. Easy to implement in any size of a firm
6. Can be used frequently.
7. Taking notes during meeting and those notes storage is also very good.

1. Unable to share any file (PDF, Excel, Word, etc) if it is currently open in the system.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best platform available out there that eases connecting with your teammates pretty quick and effectively. The screen share option and the recorded sessions being saved directly in to the location we pre set is a very helpful feature in this platform.This is very very easy to implement in our systems and the customer support they provide is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only dislike the time limit set on the meetings and we have to create a different meeting once the given 30 minutes is over or rejoin the same old link after the time period is a very dissappointing feature of this platform. Based on the frequency of use we have for this platform it would make sense we need to have more hours in the open meetings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it resolved many issues we had earlier with the quality of audio and video recording features and it also resolved the problem with background blur

It has robust features, including AI, which makes it hands-down, the best video platform out there.

I didn't like the fact they didn't do summaries of the calls, but now that has been added with AI.

I Haven't found anything that I dislike as of now!

Scheduling the meetings were difficult earlier and also the option of recording the meetings and directly sharing it with the attendees makes it easier!

The new AI feature- Agentic allows converting meeting transcripts into templates, checklists, trackers, and more.
The new updated sidebar allows you to reorder and pin tabs, customise notifications etc.

Things I feel which can improve is user interface, more AI integration into the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is providing us with a platfom where in people can connect and interact with each other. It is free to a limited bandwith and hence startups or businesses in their initial stage can use to to interact, hold business meetings, have interactive sessions and hold webinars.
Zoom's 100 participants free user feature makes a big difference!

100 participants and up to 40 minutes per meeting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're in a rural area it's almost impossible to connect to Zoom given that, a lack of stable internet connection will hinder communication effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I used to hold virtual meetings with a lot of participants and Zoom has helped tremendously.
