Some users find the user interface or zoom to be complex especially the settings and the admin panels.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Zoom Workplace is its seamless integration of communication and collaboration tools, making it easy to connect and work with colleagues from anywhere and anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace can sometimes experience connectivity issues, leading to interruptions during important meetings.It makes me some time frustrate.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom meeting i like the most is features to chat and video conference and even organize webinars on the same app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature which requires additional cost for cloud based i don't like about that.

We're arranging lot of meetings through zoom meetings and we're also doing webinars.

It is overall a very good experience to use zoom at work place. It is easy to use also very very efficient to use.

Nothing as such. The amount of time we have used it, has been good only

It has been many of our problem at workplace, helping us connect with people not present at workplace
Great tool for Team Collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace has made team collaborations so much easier with its meet scheduling, calendar integrations, easy to setup, and how much light weight it is on your machine. The fact that they have a well integrated mobile application and software application. I am a Mac user, so good news that they do have a perfectly built macos software as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing about their UX is when you create a meeting, you have to go really deep into their UI to find the COPY URL button which you can share with people, whereas google meet, on the contrary, bring the URL right in front of you so you can copy and share with people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the biggest problem of remote working, conferencing and remote meetings. And its benefitting me in all the different aspects of remote work, whether it's calender scheduling, screen sharing, video and screen capturing or virtual classrooms, zoom has got it all covered.

Joining a call can be tricky. The servers seem to be a bit slow

Allows us to meet with clients with a face to face appeal without having to travel

Non so far. I haven't experienced anythign that I dislike about it.

It solves the hindrance for me and my colleagues to reach out to one another. It benefits me to have an easier way to converse even if I am working from home.

Notes feature, and white boarding feature that lets you brainstorm ideas

Log in process and joining meeting process , and how zoom can u function well on browser compared to its app. Everytime I try to join meeting, it downloads app even though the app already exists, I find this feature unintuitive

Its the easy to use tool for conferencing, it seems everyone understands the interface and has become the standard.
