What do you like best about the product?
Based on my experience its the most powerful videoconf tool out there. Its good at adjusting bandwith and is quite straight forward to use.
There are som negatives in that the client has to be upgraded and from time to time it fails to work if you lag behind in versions.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of new functions added to Zoom but i would advice on not becoming a suite that does everything and rather focus on playing well with other software applications. Becoming bloated is a bit of a feel at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works well and is quite stable. Its also not as packed with additional things as from competitors. We use it in a lot of calls and its performing well.

Some time bugs in audio with connect to ear buds.

I am suffering from learning classes but zoom is most beneficial from other platforms.

It includes various tools and features aimed at enhancing collaboration during the call which is grat for teamwork. We use it in our daily work to connect and review projects. Its very easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate zoom chat because messages only last 7 days. You can't access to the information later. I dont like that if you connect from your phone it always turns on the camera automatically so everyone knows you are from your phone. There are many hidden features and sometimes is not that easy to use, you need someone to teach you.

Its PepsiCo's main chat among all bussiness services so we can connect to all PepsiCo's employees around the world

What do you like best about the product?
Its best for large meetings like webinars, conference ect and has a very good interface incorporating every essential features. Its easy to use, and very much stable.

Contacting customer support as usual is not that pleasing experience you can look forward to.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has many features which makes it best.It provides screensharing,file sharing & whiteboard feature which helps us to convey the content better in meetings. We can integrate third party apps and extensions which makes our task easier.Its easy to use platform.It also provide recording option.

Every good thing has downsides in the same way zoom has some. First is zoom lags a bit and suddenly it gets crashed and sometimes it gets freezed. To access some settings we need to go back from meeting and enable them and again join the meet.Its premium features are on the costlier side. It allows only 40 minutes of meeting only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making tasks easier where physical meeting is reduced to online meeting making tasks and decisions can be taken at faster rate. I f we want to convey something and explain some important documents then video call is there but is not comfortable so in that case it is useful and specially zoom's easy to use nature is like cherry on top.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, one of Zoom's best features is its virtual backgrounds, because I much prefer a 'generic' backdrop, not just for myself, but when speaking with colleagues; it's far less noisy and distracting. Backgrounds exist in all versions of Zoom and we're here to focus on 'Workplace', so I must say that the organizational benefits brought by Zoom Workspace Reservation is super convenient and probably the best feature of Workplace for me. I find that reception staff love the 'Visitor Management' tool.
Zoom makes integration across the team easy, and we've come to use it fairly often. I've never had much need to contact support, but I understand from my superiors that they generally rspond quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Call me old fashioned, but I've never been a big fan of the e-meeting revolution we all experienced in early 2020, so I'm kind of hard to convince in terms of getting away from face-to-face or a simple phone call. I dislike the 'Digital Signage' feature of Zoom Workplace as I feel that there are simpler and easier ways to handle that, if it even needs handling at all, which I'm sure is rare!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whilst I personally prefer the good old fashioned call, we are where we are and therefore, I chose to embrace this modern technology! Of course, it is sometimes better to be able to see one another without having to travel for an in-person business meeting, but that in itself presents its own challenges, which Zoom Workplace goes 99.99% of the way to solving with its suite of tools. For example, consider the presentation tools available and Zoom Workplace really makes it easy to collaborate before, during and after a Zoom meeting, allowing follow-ups with simplicity.
