1) Its the best tool for video conference for any work place
2) Has the best ability to record the meeting for future refernce
3) It also has the amazing screen sharing and screen controling access which elimates the need of other software to access the screens

1) When the screen sharing is enabled the view of all the team members becomes difficult in the meet

Zoom is sloving the problem with customer virtually which is saving the travelling time and expenses.

how it allows me to take care of my meetings and appointments . It is user friendly and coustomer support is very helpful . I use it as much as i can . Features are great .

I have no problems at this point in time .

It keeps me from having to go to different places and allows me to take care of everything in one place .

Like that it is easy to use and share your screen with other members as well as the audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could inegrate live notes and share with the members of the call. Have better avatars and more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For home office workers, it is a great tool to use to be in touch with all the team members and have a quick meeting using the camera and sharing screens.
Zoom workplace is very reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect with your colleagues while working remote. It is very user friendly, I use it often throught out the day and it never lets me down. I love the fact that we can change the background.

As of right now I do not have any dislikes

It allows us to program meeting throught the day as needed and the breakout rooms are amazing

I dislike that it sometimes doesn't recognize my speaker and microphone at times

we can all start a meeting together and then separate in the breakout rooms if something needs to be discussed away from everyone while the original meeting continues

I like everything I love that you can share your screen so the other person can see what you do i love that yo can even add a lot more of devices to join the meeting like a drawing pads you can do a lot in just one app

Nothing i love everything from this app so recommended
