Very good and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it can connect everyone together for meetings or whatever your using it for. It svery easy to use and get connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
no complaints with using zoom for work. Its very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having to try and schedule meetings when everyone is not busy. Its very easy to get everyone conected

Zoom was easy to setup and migrate 365.

Good and no doubt best AS well
What do you like best about the product?
I have used other meeting or video conferencing app out there but no doubt it's best available out there. No doubt about that it is best one of them offers great features at the same time very simple ui as well. I have been using it since 2021 and can proudly say that it best
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like about zoom is that they have poor customer service and technical glitch as well

Make it possible for teachers like me to connect in better way and also made business meetings easily accessible from home

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Allows to connect with people working remotely through audio and video meetings. Allows to share important points during meeting through chat option.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found Google meet more convenient than zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to connect and share important information as and when required. Meetings can be scheduled at a desired time so that the intended audience can join the meetings in time. It brings efficacy in communication.

Video Conferencing and calling features is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk messaging option still not available, and it is unsyncable in Job Diva. Integration options must be available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Till now I believe there is no progress, specially in terms of Syncronization.

I have nothing to dislike about zoom work place, infact it's very effective in conducting online videos interviews and meetings.

It's easy to use and have yet to run into any technical difficulties.

It helps everyone connect and review/discuss current topics at hand even if we aren't all together. It is a convenient way for us to all collaborate and communicate at the same time.

Ease of use is the best thing about Zoom workplace. They provide Mobile and Desktop application to connect on the go.

Nothing in particular. But just sometimes call do not connect. I'm not sure whether that is a internet issue or application issue

I'm a sales representative in my organzation. Zoom workplace helps me connect with my prospects Via Voip service, It helpes me Schedule meetings with the prospect and the meetings are recorded through which I can share he recording with my prospects to take the business forward.
Affordable and dependable videoconferencing meeting software
What do you like best about the product?
Meetings became a necessity during the pandemic - clients demanded it often, and we had to have a platform for audio and videoconferencing, and for media interviews. Zoom is just one of the easiest to use meeting and conferencing platform, while having affordable prices. Also, Zoom never failed us, while clients using Microsoft Teams often had call dropouts or disconnects when we attended, and many occasions we had to use our Zoom account as an alternative for our clients' meetings. For media interviews, we always depended on Zoom to record such interviews, and we could pass on the recordings to our journalist colleagues for their content consumption.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest AI summary is a great feature, but more is needed to have better content parity and accuracy with the actual meetings. I am sure this is one area Zoom will refine as it goes along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With an international clientele, video and audio virtual meetings became more and more important especially during and after the pandemic. Business travel reduced tremendously due to costs, and so using Zoom for audio and video conferening became an important process and system for us to keep clients in the loop for progress and outcomes, and for us internally to brainstorm with local and remote colleagues across the world, especially in Asia, while saving travel and costs. With media training and also helping our journalist colleagues record their interviews with our clients, Zoom too became an important tool.
