Reliable, Seamless Teamwork with Zoom Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workspace makes communication really smooth by bringing meetings, chats, calls and collaboration into one place. What i like best is how reliable and easy it is to use you can jump into meetings quickly without worrying about setup or technical issues. It also works well for day to day teamwork. Switching between video calls, messages, which heps keep conversations and work feels seamless, which helps keep conversations and work moving without friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom workspace can sometimes feel a bit cluttered because it tries to do a lot in one place. With meetings, chat, mail and other tools all bundled together, it can take time to get used to where everything lives. Another downside is that some advanced features are locked behind higher plans, which can be frustrating if you are on a basic tier. Also, during long meetings, performance can depend heavily on internet quality, which can interrupt the flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace solves the problem of communication being scattered across too many tools. Instead of switching between separate apps for meetings, chats, calls, and collaboration, everything is available in one platform. For me, this is really helpful because it keeps conversations and work in sync. I can move from a message to a meeting easily, collaborate in real time, and stay connected with my team without friction. It saves time, reduces context switching and makes remote or hybrid work feel more organized and efficient overall.

Zoom Workplace is very effective overall. That said, it could be improved by making its advanced features easier for new users to learn and adopt, providing better default controls for notifications, and optimizing performance on lower-end devices.

Excellent tool for virtual meetings and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the high-quality video and audio stability. The mobile app is very easy to use, and screen sharing works perfectly even on slower internet connections

The 40-minute time limit on the free version is the main disadvantage for long meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Zoom Workplace is very easy to use and there is no lagging, which is great for seamless meetings. It's convenient that I can work on both phone and desktop, especially since I can use my phone for meetings anywhere when I'm traveling and don't have my laptop. I also find file transfer and screen sharing features valuable for sharing information effectively.

according to me, I donot think therer has ant issue but it should work on Zoom web too

I use Zoom Workplace for meetings and sharing information globally without lag. It works on both phone and desktop, making it easy to attend meetings on the go.

Seamless Client Connectivity with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace pretty cool. It has the highest quality in terms of audio and video, and we've never faced any glitches. I've been using it for the past three years without any issues. It makes it valuable for me when a client joins from another part of the world very easily. I'm able to see them, talk with them, and chat with them. Sharing things, like files related to Dropbox, is quite easy and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I see on Zoom that's some might be a glitch or something, but the breakout rooms that we have created, on like hundreds of rooms, they actually get closed off sometimes abruptly or even the Zoom app itself turns off automatically. Maybe there's some glitch or a bug that needs to be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Zoom Workplace solves the problem of global connectivity, bridging gaps with clients worldwide. It's easy to talk, see, and chat with them, sharing files smoothly. No restrictions make connecting effortless.

I like being able to communicate with anyone in my organization - accessibility to leadership, accounting, marketing, and other sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience difficulties when trying to integrate with other applications. It either fails to integrate or takes forever. Then when it finally integrates - doesn’t seem like info is flowing both ways.

Helps employees stay connected while working in a remote office space. We are able to collaborate on work projects and share information quickly. The other side is relationship building with team members - helps keep on top of work anniversaries, birthdays, and other important life events.

I like that Zoom Workplace is easy to use, as you can meet with others using just one link. The quality is great, and it works well even with an average internet connection. The initial setup is fast and easy, as you only need the installer.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve things like the free time that you have to do a meeting, it would be better to have like 45 minutes. Sometimes you share your screen, and you share a video, it would be better if they improve that feature because sometimes the audio is out of sync with the video.

Zoom Workplace is easy to use, allowing me to meet with others just with one link. It works well even with an average internet connection.
