Reliable Meetings, Great Features, Minor Connectivity Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its ease of use and reliability. The interface is simple, meetings start quickly, and the audio and video quality remains stable even on an average internet connection. I value the screen sharing, high-quality audio and video, chat during meetings, recording features, and easy meeting setup, which stand out from other apps. Initial setup was quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the high resource usage of Zoom Workplace, which can be a bit of a drain on my device. There are also limitations in the free version that can be frustrating. Occasionally, I experience connectivity issues where video or audio may lag, especially on slower or unstable internet connections. The limited customization options can be a downside too. Plus, the learning curve for some advanced features means they're not very intuitive for first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for online meetings and video calls. It helps me with screen sharing, team collaboration, scheduling, and calendar integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace allows me to join meetings via a web browser without needing to download the application. I also appreciate the annotations feature, which lets me highlight certain points during meetings. Another feature I find valuable is the ability to assign another host if I'm unable to join a meeting, ensuring seamless management. The setup was easier for integration, handling larger audiences at the organizational level, and sharing invites and scheduling meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom Workplace glitches while sharing the screen or the audio, and the FPS drops during screen sharing. It would be great if Zoom could further solve these issues. Also, the ability to join meetings via a dial pad without an internet connection could be improved to still participate in the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to connect virtually with a larger audience, solving the issue of being unable to visit someone physically. It's easy for handling larger audiences and simplifies sharing invites and scheduling meetings.

The tool is great for sharing documents and ensures conversation safety and security, which I appreciate. It's easy to connect for business-related meetings and discuss topics to grow the business. Plus, it works reliably even when the weather affects internet stability, making it easy to maintain a normal connection for meetings. The initial setup was very fast, which was a big plus for me.

Calendar integrations let me schedule meetings without leaving the app, saving time and preventing confusion. The project management application integrations enhance my workflow by allowing team members to access project information from a single location. I also value how it facilitates quick and effective meetings, and its ability to eliminate communication barriers. The transition to Zoom Workplace from another platform was positive, improving collaboration and making organizing meetings much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace is quite effective, but there are some areas that could be improved. Sometimes, the sheer number of features can be overwhelming for new users, which might hinder initial adoption. One improvement that could help would be to implement an interactive tutorial or quick start guide that walks new users through the most essential features.

It would also help if commonly used tools—like screen sharing options and audio settings—were easier to access without digging through multiple menus.

Reliable and consistent meetings experience
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with google calendar are really nice and the audio quality is really good. The ai meeting summaires and persistent meeting notes are also really nice.

The ui feels cluttered at times and can be simplified

As our team works in a hybrid setup, having great integrations with meeting rooms in our office helps us connect seamlessly whether we are attending from the office or from our laptop.
AI Companion Transforms Meetings with Instant Summaries and Action Items
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoom Workplace for me is the AI Companion. It has completely changed how I work by delivering instant meeting summaries and clear action items, so I no longer have to spend time taking manual notes. It also makes catching up on meetings I missed incredibly fast. On top of that, having chat and documents integrated right inside the app means I rarely need to switch between different windows just to get my work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is how cluttered the interface has become. I do appreciate the new features, but the transition to 'Zoom Workplace' feels overwhelming, with too many tabs, icons, and notifications competing for attention. For someone who just wants to jump into a quick video call, the extra “noise” from the integrated mail, calendar, and docs makes the app feel heavier and less intuitive than the original, simpler version of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of information overload and the burden of manual note-taking. Before, I would spend hours after meetings summarizing my notes and assigning tasks. Now, the AI Companion takes care of that automatically, which lets me stay fully engaged in the conversation instead of typing the whole time. The biggest benefit for me is getting back at least 2–3 hours of my work week that I used to spend on administrative “busy work.”

It is very helpful for conducting interviews and connecting people around the globe.

Honestly, I like having an efficient way to connect, and I have very few concerns even when I’m on Zoom.

I attended so many interviews for my job, and it has been a very easy and efficient way to connect.
