Its as it was nothing that much updated which I kind of use regularly. it is serving the purpose for my daily business

Can be a little better response time. it takes sometime whenever I try to access any feature.

Recording and sharing. Having large people on a call for training purposes at a time. daily checkin with the teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is SO easy to use. It's so organized, but also has so many great functions that just make my day so much smoother. Being able to chat individually, in channels, start small groups. It just makes it so easy to communicate. I also like how it syncs with my meetings calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, like any platform, it glitches for no reason, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly communication and meetings. Staying on track, knowing my schedule, being able to easily communicate with colleagues.

Super satisfying with robust conference calls. Fantastic and reliable with team communication by group messaging. File upload and download for easier sharing. Fun with chats by use of emojis.

It brings the tutors to you through an online classroom and virtual classroom. Fantastic with recording conference video calls. Great for board meetings virtually. Scheduling is incredible with real-time notifications.

Zoom offers features that are appealing to new and current users. The connectivity. options for backgrounds, whether you want to be visible or not, and the mute option. There are a lot of copycat platforms that lack the standards that Zoom provides.

Sometimes it seems that there are lag times in the session.

Whenever or wherever the team needs to meet, we will always have a method other than phone calls to keep in touch. it's a quick and effortless way to communicate.
