Zoom is excellent for both Student and Professional
What do you like best about the product?
It has a user-friendly interface that even kindergarten kids can use easily. The video quality is reliable, and offers many features and tools that are grate for presentation and group discussion. Not only those fact, the installation of the progress is really easy even who are from non-tech field can install it. I used to control my dad PC with Zoom Screeen share and fix some of the trouble while i was studying my final year in oversea.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, it can experience audio and video lag during high-traffic hours, which may dealy meetings and classes. Also, the free version only allows 40 minutes per session, which is not ideal for classrooms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saved me in many ways during COVID-19. When physical classes weren't possible, Zoom became our only option. I attended classes, took exams from home, and stayed connected with my education through it. Now, as a System Engineer in IT field, I use Zoom's screen-sharing feature to troubleshoot client PCs and assist others. That's how zoom has been benefiting in my journey.

Mnay times i have used the zoom workplace for attend the some worksshop and many of beusiness person belive in Zoom who earn lacks and added zoom into thire life and work connectivity and it is eas of use also in UI side .

as per my experience all is great and but i know zoom make changes that user need in futurer

I can connect with my cowkers whom are spread out all over the world! It's simply amazing!

I dont like that my sessions only last every 45 minutes but I can get that updated with our IT.

Being able to work from home, but still have video meetings and not have to travel into the office to meet about important things.

The most important thing is its simple user interferace platform, which helps to connect from anywhere with your team and hence enhances productivity.

i think i dislike most is limited green screen backgrounds , also a bit priecy to use all advance features and require large bandwidth of internet.

There are numerious fields in which zoom is making life easier i.e to create minutes of meetings we can use option of transcription, and after meets those minutes can be shared via email to every paticepent.
It was very uninterrupted and smooth experience.

customer support can be a bit slow, but that is it.

Virtual learning classroom sessions are more easy, you can create classrooms and divide the participants in 2 sessions.

So we use zoom on daily basis for our internal calls and it is very easy and user friendly.
We can easily share screen, we can create rooms, we have played multiple games using zoom.

we can easily schedule meetings within a minute, we can easily explain others about our things by sharing our screen. We creates classroom for fun sessions. The voice and video quality is great.
