Great virtual meeting software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with lots of powerful features that enhance the virtual meeting experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reminder emails about our license cap a little annoying, I was literally just in the admin panel and saw how many licenses we had as I assigned the one that triggered the warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing staff members and external collaborators to connect virtually.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom really helps bring people together across different areas. It allows you to feel connected and build community while not physically in the same room.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can sometimes be difficult to hear when you play a video for all the members to watch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us to meet with parents in the evenings without requiring them to find childcare.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is like the secret sauce for seamless remote work. What stands out for me is its simplicity and user-friendly interface. It makes virtual meetings almost as natural as face-to-face ones. The breakout rooms feature is brilliant for smaller team discussions or brainstorming sessions within a larger meeting. Plus, the integration capabilities with other tools keep everything smooth and connected. It just takes the stress out of coordinating and collaborating across distances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess I’d say that while Zoom Workplace excels in virtual meetings and ease of use, it sometimes falls short on the collaboration front. The chat and file-sharing features aren't as robust as some other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is making remote work less of a logistical nightmare. It brings people together seamlessly, no matter where they are, with top-notch video and audio quality. It also simplifies scheduling and managing meetings with its intuitive interface. This means fewer tech headaches and more focus on the actual work. For someone like you, this likely means more productive meetings, smoother collaboration, and less time spent troubleshooting. It’s like having a virtual office that just works.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for the meetings or appointments where you cannot get to in person. It allows for ease of access to your coworkers and to doctors amongst other contacts in your daily life happenings. It was very easy to download the app and get going on it. I use the app about twice a week and for the most part it is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the least helpful thing about zoom is that it is sometimes difficult to unmute and to find background scenes quickly. I dont know why but I've had difficulty on my phone w/these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps in getting in contact w/others and that is a very big point of why I use it.
We can't let go if Zoom because of the little things!!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to teach seemlessly... I use the annotation features almost everyday and they are the best of all annotation tools I've used and I had to teach during COVID. Also... the visual softening of our faces... is very generous on the days I place more value on my appearance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it's note taking ability. It is not as strong as some other AI tools and I would really like to just have a one-stop-tool for all video call needs.

virtual meetings are a must for us as a remote team. We also do a lot of breakout rooms which is invaluable to us. The google calendar integration is brilliant and saves a TON of time.

There isn't anything that I dislike about Zoom.

Easily integrates with Google meeting calendars, allowing for frequent use and multiple meeting coordinations with Statistical tracking.

It needs to improve the language offerings, so that the multilanguage offerings are valid for multicultural use.

Simply The Best
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, availablitiy of various features that are needed under very specific conditions. Abilty for the application to adapt from couple of users to presenting to a large group with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this applies for most modern serivces its very easy to add licenses, and not as easy to remove them when necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to colaborate, quickly and with ease.
ZOOM for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive and manageable workspace for both the host and the enduser. Perhaps its greatest strength is the ease with which the uninitiated can join a zoom meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Zoom whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZOOM in both educational and administrative contexts. For our educational purposes, it is an unparalelled solotion because it allows our participants/students to gain access to the virtual classroom with very little effort. There is no need to create an elaborate or expensive account. In most cases, all our students need to do is click the provided link. While there are other solutions, everyone can access zoom and almost all of our participants are familiar with the platform.
