Zoom Workplace Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has several features that make it a popular choice for many users. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for people to navigate and use without much training. It integrates well with other tools and platforms, such as Slack, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, which helps streamline workflows. It offers robust security features, including end-to-end encryption, to ensure that meetings and data are protected. What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace has many strengths, there are a few areas where users might find room for improvement:
Bandwidth Requirements: High-quality video and audio can consume a lot of bandwidth, which might be challenging for users with slower internet connections.
Security Concerns: Despite improvements, some users still worry about privacy and security, especially with the rise of “Zoombombing” incidents in the past.
Cost: For larger organizations or those needing advanced features, the cost can add up quickly.

As it is a known platform for Video conferencing, it facilitates scheduling meetings or webinars with external entities
Remarkable platform and amazing to use for cross-functioning teams!

I love the ease it is to schedule meetings in the calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, absolutely nothing! Everything is seamless.

Zoom workplace trims that fat and hassle to scheduling meetings.
Necessary resource in Remote Environment
What do you like best about the product?
Secure and clear connection for multiple users. Awesome in a virtual training environment. We also use Teams but for participants less that 5.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I have multiple user accounts and in a work setting it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our employes work in various areas of the state, have an ability to work together and not be in the same space has provn very useful.
Zoom for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
I love break out rooms for large group meetings that can transition easily into one-on-one meetings in the same space.
What do you dislike about the product?
II wish saving chat's works a bit smoother - like not listing every reaction as it's own line and putting it in a more sensible order.

really helpful for our org as a lot of people need to work remotely throughout the year

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace surpasses other apps in terms of usability, accessibility, and innovation. I particularly like how easy it is for people of all tech-levels to run meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace's phone line can be buggy and I often miss phone calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows us to work in realtime with our employees all over the world. It allows us to collaborate on documents remotely. It allows us to share presentations with folks remotely. It makes us a highly collaborative, efficient workplace.
Efficient Video Meetings With Continued Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I have noticied an extreme improvement of Zoom since the pandemic. The look feels fresh and current! The ability to record, and communicate to attendees, experience has become much easier, quicker and more enjoyable. We use Zoom daily and I use it mainly through my Calendly link, which has Zoom integrated within the platform. I have noticed an improvement in the speaker sound as well! Very impressed with the upgrades and new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, the only thing I don't like is that it disconnected from my Outlook. Otherwise, no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to show a member of mine what I'm referring to without having to book an in-person meeting, which takes way more time to coordinate with driving and time.

It is easy to access, use and share. The features are intuitive and helpful. I use it regularly and particularly like the calendar integration to allow folks to schedule meetings with me..

Having to pay more for individual additional features (like webinars.)

Administration Dashboard and the nonprofit discount.
What do you dislike about the product?
One item is that the way we have to cancel our account and redo it each year to get our nonprofit discount is cumbersome and problematice for our legal staff.

Being able to easily have meetings with people outside our organization.

Zoom is extremely user friendly and has been my preferred video conferencing platform since COVID
