It connects you to everyone. It has great controls to make sure everyone is paying attention

Best collaboration app
What do you like best about the product?
It allows to annotate whereas Ms teams don't have this feature. Also lot of Inbuild apps like Miro, asana

Sometimes my voice is not audible to others. I need to mute and unmute to make myself audible. Sometimes link not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to teach colleagues by annotating feature and helps collaboration by Inbuild app like Miro and whiteboard.
Zoom has allowed me to scale my business internationally.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom is that it allows me to run my business completely. Initially, it is an easy-to-use tool. The background of my room is not very pleasant, but thanks to Zoom I can set a virtual background that allows me to conduct interviews regardless of how my house looks. Something I love is that it allows me to record, so I can conduct conferences, masterclasses, and interviews with my clients and then transcribe them thanks to its smart transcription tool. I use it very frequently, almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I would like them to be able to add more available space for recordings in the initial plan. Having only 5 GB seems quite little to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to have conferences with clients from all over the world without leaving home. It is the best video call tool, in my experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall Zoom is easy to use. I mainly use it for conducting video calls to onboard clients. I like the chat and share screen features. Those are my 2 most used features and I find them easy to use, even for non tech savvy users. I use zoom daily and use it for all of my meetings. I find the overall video and audio quality to be good. Have never had an issue!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that comes to mind that I dislike about Zoom. I find it to be the best product out there that I've used for video conferencing, etc. Keep up the good work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me conduct video conferencing seamlessly. I also find it a huge benefit that it can integrate into my google calendar so I can attach Zoom links easily and see my calendar within Zoom.
Good corporative software

We can keep calendar, meetings and recordings in one place.

The latest version consumes a lot of resources, it slows down my computer drastically.

the use of this app is so easy and comfortable..there is such ease to use this video app. There is instant customer support and instructions on how to implemet anything you need to do. So many features and you can use zoom with ease, I use this product everyday!

you do have to have the exact number or you wont find you meeting

no need to go into the office or hurry when you can zoom and be instantly on the video chat with your partner

Its easy to use and ease of implementation and it is being used frequently and specially their custmer support is amazing.

I feel like there are a fem featues that are missing and its integration must be better.
