Zoom Has Been A Great Tool For Us
What do you like best about the product?
The best 2 way video conferencing platform that we have used or tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides. If I had to pick something, I'm not a huge fan of some of the AI type features that have been added or the fixed layout options (which can be tunred off in your account) for screen sharing. It would be great if there were a way to easily link multiple zoom meetings together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily host virtual meetings and events for our business
I love zoom I use it for all mt teleconferences

All the tools so far but also the AI assistant and summary very helffull and te transcript
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to leave the "Sound from muscicians" always on becuse I am sharing sound from a console and in order for other to hear it i need to remember to clickk on the Sound for musicins on. I would like a setting to leave it on when i get into the room

Easy communication because it is easy for non tech savvy people to use it
Zoom is the Best Hands Down
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace just works! Ive used all the competitors and Zoom is the best. Audio and Video are not comparmised if one person with a weak connection joins unlike other services.

There are no down sides with Zoom period!

Meetings are super easy to join

Zoom is easy to use, I never have any issues and if I do have a question my account manager is quick to help

I would hope all meetings would show up, not just the meetings where you are the host.

We are able to meet often without any problems and also have summaries of those meetings sent to us automatically.
My review on the Use of Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom workplace mostly because it is convenient and eveything is in one place and because of that we frequently use Zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
the least, i can say, but it is geetting better, is the slowness of the connectivity. However in the past coupple of years they have been implementing some changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We frequently have issues on people attending our classroom session in person, Zoom makes it easier to solve that problem. Thank you
Zoom is very user-friendly and I love the added "fun" elements like reactions, apps, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the centralized communication within Zoom for our consulting firm, allowing all of our staff across the nation to communicate on a daily basis. I also love that Zoom is continuing to roll out new features that I've historically used other platforms for - the more centralized the better. For example, Zoom Clips has been instrumental in providing process tutorials for staff who are visual learners, but may not have time to jump into a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Zoom being so widely used, I worry that customer support won't be as quick. I want Zoom to ensure that customer support stays top of mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace provides a centralized location for several features that I use between phone, MMS, video clips, notes, and white board. I don't have to go back between multiple accounts in different platforms to accomplish multiple tasks.

I like the filters and the specialization features.

There are a lot of steps to get a video going.

Allows for meetings when not all employess available in the same place.

The connection is always amazing and doesnt lag

Great for remote work with my company. Always works great and never issues.
Zoom workspace allows my organization to collaborate and keep meetings organized.
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar scheduling feature is by far the best feature of zoom workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about it. I would say if I had to pick, it would be that it's difficult to add non-zoom account holders as guests on meetings.

We run a complex organization with remote employees all over the world. Zoom workspace allows my organization to run seamlessly.
