Quality video meeting service for businesses of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
It's the industry standard. It's full featured. It's not a "second thought" service like Google Meet where they needed to make a competitor for Zoom. Once integrated into your email, calendar and contact systems, it's easy to schedule meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike is from an IT perspective. I'm having a lot of difficulty getting automatic provisioning and licensing to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not use Google Meet because Zoom can support large amounts of attendants easily, whereas with Google, we've had problems in the past.
Easy to use & admin
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it so that our remote company can seamlessly connect with our customers and colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the admin panel is a bit difficult to navigate due to the number of different features and settings available.

Zoom helps us connect with each other (remote company) and with our customers and prospects.
Zoom in the Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like the accessibility. Anyone can join as a guest and most of the features are pretty easy to find
What do you dislike about the product?
A better placement of the SHARE SCREEN and COPY INVITE link when using a smaller screen (when the view is in grid mode). I have noticed that those who are not rehersed in using Zoom in their everyday have an issue finding these buttons. I also wish there was a way for me to transfer/add people to hosting duties more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly screensharing and video conferencing. benefits us greatly because we have international clients and remote workers

The cost is high, less predictive and AI related tools available.

I wish that the service was more flexible for allowing us to upgrade and downgrade based on fluid needs.

It is being able to make and receive phone calls and texts from clients.

Connectivity to the internet is sometimes poor, even while using a wired connection.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is connected and all applications are easily integrated with our software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. I think the pricing could be better but it's affordable.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace lets my business thrive with both in-person and remote teams. Integration with Google Workspace is great, allowing seamless scheduling and meetings with people across the country.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can grow quite quickly when you add Zoom Rooms and other solutions. Also not a fan of the AI implementation, it's not a service anyone was really asking for and it feels like it could be an invasion of privacy.

It is for the most part, much more convenient and organized logically than other similar systems.

No comment here. It's a fine system. Nothing revolutionary. But keeping up with industry standard

Integration with cisco equipment to allow for versitile communication between us and other companies that primarily use Zoom.
