Nothing compares to zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace made having an international team, projects and clients a possibilty. We are running multiple government projects and million dollar initiatives all with in zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike when all features that you need are inside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple clients connectivity was such a hustle without zoom. now it's just better in every way.

I think there are some things on zoom that could be helpful for executive assistants or people who often schedule for other people. When scheduling calls on behalf of my CEO and others, I always have to do an additional step in making them the call owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost everyone internally and externally knows how to use Zoom. It's very helpful for our organization for many conference calls.

A lot of feature like poll, break out room, host and co-hosts, and simultaneous translations

Our organization has multiple seats and if we can get a bundled pricing, that would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom integration with Docebo LMS. The integration is smooth and it is much easier to control than the tool we used previously.

What do you like best about the product?
From the user stand-point, zoom is straightforward, the sound/video quality is good, and they've done a great job buffering quality for a user on the go (traveling through different levels of reception/signal). The interface is a lot more agile and lighter than Microsoft Teams.
As an administrator, it's easy enough to manage users, and the dashboard provides a number of features to help track usage. They've implemented a number of google-esque features that have improved the user experience (better indicators on screen sharing).

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no notification of pending updates, and updates in certain, recently frequent cases are mandatory, making people unexpectedly late to join meetings.
Unlike Google Meet, there is no attendee preview feature, at this point, so there is no way for someone joining to see who's already on the call (or an assistant to check).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as our company default Video Conferencing, so it's the bridge in the hybrid world for employees onsite with wfh/remote employees, as well as our link to the external world. However, there are a ton of features that we don't properly utilize, that we can, based on a ignorance of these features and a hazy learning curve.

Admin features - some things I can't access unless I'm an admin

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect about zoom workplace is having large scale meetings, without compromising audio and video content. Other platforms seem to freeze up and seem glitchy on the participant end when having large meetings >50 people

When screen sharing, there is at times a significant delay

With a number of remote workers, it is a great platform for not only immediate meetings, but also large scale webinars
Feels like regular Zoom, but more intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can move the icons on my toolbar around, so it's easier to find the tools I use most often for my business meetings. It was a pretty seamless transfer over to Zoom Workplace fom regular Zoom, so much so that there was no difference in my workflow. Meeting Chat is especially useful for referring back to things messaged or linked during the meeting, even once we've ended the meeting.

Honestly, we use it for everything, so I can't think of much that we dont like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It certainly helps with the normal moments of "oh darn, I forgot to copy down that link they sent during the meeting!", since we can refer back to the messages and pull the information even after the meeting is ended.

Very easy to use and new features seem to always be useful. We pretty much assigned an account out to all of our users.

Sometimes there are connection issues. I haven't determined if that is on Zooms end or ISP.
