Great features!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the abililty to collaborate with the team on calls, using whiteboards, getting assistance from AI tools, etc. It integrates well with our current applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all right now, but I need to use it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to have better collaboration with my teammates.

I like that the software is intuitive enough for new employees and teams to pick up the product, implement, and use it themselves with minimal training.

It would be good to have better email-in support for chat channels.

Instead of having three platforms for meetings, webinars and chat, it's all available within one UI.

What do you like best about the product?
Fluidity of the user experience. It's very easy to navigate, record, start polls, and much more.

The cost seems to be a bit on the high end.

Very easy to schedule and create calls. Instrumental in cross collaboration with internal colleagues and clients.

It helps facilitate our weekly staff meetings. I like that you can allow multiple screen sharing at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to be able to work together while we're on Zoom. Being able to annotate while we're all on as a team is extremely helpful and useful when we're all working together on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a single downside to Zoom Workplace!

Having team members spread around the world means Zoom is the one place we can all easily meet together and work on projects together.

Im not too sure. I have not had any issues with using Zoom through my workplace

Zoom Workplace, or Zoom's suite of tools for business communication, has a lot going for it. What stands out to me is its ability to seamlessly integrate video conferencing with team collaboration tools. The combination of video calls, chat, and file sharing in one platform makes it really convenient for teams to stay connected and organized. The ease of setting up meetings and the flexibility of its features, like breakout rooms and virtual backgrounds, also add a lot of value.
What do you dislike about the product?
A potential weakness of Zoom Workplace is its user interface, which at times can be crowded or daunting, particularly when loaded with too many features and integrations. It might take some time for users to get comfortable navigating everything well. Other times, internet speed may be slow leading to poor connectivity and performance in certain users’ systems. There are also security issues that arise as a result of having so much data shared on the platform.

Zoom Workplace is there to address the issues of remote communication, merging video chat and file sharing while allowing for different devices. It increases efficiency, maintaining group connections, thus streamlining cooperation and reducing the number of must-have tools.
