Team Connection and Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers our team the capability to perform efficiently and collaborate effectively. It streamlines our communications and planning, powering up our workflow management. One of the best assets of Zoom Workplace is the integrations available, making it a seamless experience as we transition from projects to different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a global organization, and there are countried that experience barriers to use Zoom. This is a challenge that requires more planning at the onset of projects to avoid issues during our execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom offers a space to collaborate in ways that are suitable and effective for our diverse needs. Our team appreciated the Closed Caption, translation and interpretation, and additional capabilities to support everyone we host using the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
We like how simple Zoom's functionality is and we can easily chat, meet, and even schedule meetings without a high learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat organization list can get a little crowded and hard to organize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace enables our team to see availability which helps our company which is exclusively remote. We can chat and meet as needed and use the new connected calendar functionality to book meetings all in the same place.

Zoom - The Standard for Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's intuitive to use and it helps that it is popular, so you don't have to walk external stakeholders how to use it. We use it daily, whether for meetings, webinars, or user events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue with an integration -- and after meeting with support several times, I felt as if I was playing the middle man between both vendors. I think that if you have a massive integration, a customer shouldn't have to be a part of the blame game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to create content and host events that help us to collaborate with customers and meet with prospects.
It does the thing
What do you like best about the product?
It creates a cohesive workflow window for all the primary communication tools in our company, and promotes collaboration in each tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still some features in Slack or Microsoft collaboration tools that are not as developed in Zoom, but it's clear they are pushing forward in this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital whiteboarding and video conferencing on various appliances is super smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the many features available in zoom workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really does take a little while to learn your way around the workplace area. There are so many features and then learning what's below certain category features takes practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-team collaboration is working well with the tools. The whiteboard has been less effective since it's functionality is not as advanced as MS Teams or something like that. The video conference is our biggest use, as well as team chat.
Industry Standard For a Reason
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's vast integration network and seemless workflow make onboarding and day-to-day use a breeze. You will be able to integrate Zoom into your existing functions without too much effort. You may not even realized you switched providers! There are more features than you'll ever realize - so don't feel bad if you don't use them all. I'm a daily user and still finding new features to play with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support is fairly hands-off unless you have a massive account. Getting to the admin data can be slow and tedious the first few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is our video conferencing software and it records all of our sales calls.

The Breakout room works well compared to MS Teams.

The cost for individual accounts va free accounts.

Easy for any user to use to share their screen.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and to have multiple different people collaborate at the same time. Meetings are very easy to set up and we use it almost daily. There was great customer support as well as many different features that were useful to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, this has been a great experience so far.

It is benefiting us by allowing seamless communication with both colleagues and partners.
