Best of breed video meeting platform

What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty much turn key and ready to go from the start. Minor tweaking is needed, especially when it comes to "features" that you do not want. more on that in the dislike area
What do you dislike about the product?
They are constantly pushing their Ai Chatbot. We disabled it and at least once a week at the conclussion of a meeting my users receive the AI chatbot pop-up which makes them contact me about enabling it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time and excellent quality video meetings

What do you like best about the product?
We utilize the chat feature at work to communicate. The integration with Outlook has fixed the issue with some items from my calendar not appearing in the old Zoom meetings tab. We use it daily to interact with our team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The open a support case on your website is buried. It's be great to be able to open a support case from the app. For administrators at least. We are having issues with phone quality and can't centrally manage the tickets I requested my users place, when calls don't get through successfully. Even though I asked them to reference the same servic ticket, there is no way for an administrator to centrally manage/see who has input tickets and linked them to the service ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides ease of use to communicate with groups of the team or the whole team. One of the chat groups is for our emergency response plan, since we have users remote and in the office. It lets all users know if there is a major development at HQ,

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom workplace layout makes it easy to find and utilize various tools that you need for your digital meetings. The UI is very user-friendly and our attendees can usually find what they are looking for when they need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't noticed too many dislikes about Zoom Workplace yet. The only thing to mention is that sometimes the software can require a lot of processing power on our computers, which can slow down other programs that we use to present. This can make hosting meetings on older computers difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows us to host large webinars with ease and share information about our organization with a wide audience. The record features also allows us to take the recording of the meetings/webinars and share them with additional attendees or partners that could not attend live.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many features Zoom has- from breakout room broadcasting to the poll and quiz features. I like how almost everything is customizable. If I need help, support is very accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides, but I do with webinars and meetings shared similar features, such as some automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is expanding how many people can be in a meeting and how many breakout rooms we have.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy Connection between clients and peers. The ability to go from desktop to mobile is so easy it has come in handy when working from home. The Customer Support when needing is easy and responsive in a timely fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the amount of clicks to join or start a meetin was less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant communication with the team that are located in different time zones and when someone is away from their desk

What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the new AI features, and the ability to have continuous chats so that we can go back to any conversations that were happening during the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Microsoft Outlook can be a bit hit or miss. When I try to add a zoom meeting to the calendar invite, sometimes i've been signed out and have to sign back in again. Trying to add it on Outlook mobile is even harder if you've been signed out. But it's a minor inconvenience, for how well everything else works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to work efficiently and keep us connected since we are not only fully remote but also have employees all over the world. To be able to see them face to face, share our screens as though we were sitting right next to each other makes it very convenient and easy.

Zoom Workplace is a great all-in-one tool to manage my Zoom content

What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-one functionality--I love the fact that it's a one-stop shop for all my Zoom tools and content. Everything is seamlessly integrated, making it incredibly convenient. There are a host of new features included as well, such as AI integration and whiteboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe is with the Android app. When I share my screen from my Android device. It puts a green broder around the shared content. That is fine on the device, but I'm not sure why the participants need to see the green border on the shared screen as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's definitely one the best video conferencing products on the market and it's innovating the technology to add new features that I didn't know I needed, but I'm enjoying.

Some external colleagues have trouble accessing the platform but for most it works seamlessly.

Easy to use. Makes scheduling meetings easy and users are familiar with the product.

We have had some issues with support. Long wait times or lack of response. On going issue they can not solve.

What do you like best about the product?
Workplace creates a single space for chats and video meetings and even scheduling!
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time the integration into Gooogle Calendar isn't seamless - but overall it's good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need multiple apps to do make remote work WORK!
