Game-Changer for Virtual Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Zoom Workplace is that it's very easy to understand and use, especially when compared to MS Teams or Google Meet. Unlike those platforms, Zoom Workplace allows holding a meeting with a large number of participants beyond just 50. This limit is quite impressive based on our experience. Additionally, presenting without showing the presenter's view is a feature I find very helpful as a presenter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can improve more with a feature that alerts with a sound whenever we have a meeting, like an alarm clock saying, 'Hey, there's a meeting.' Something like that, that will just snooze from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to connect instantly while working remotely, facilitating communication and planning to achieve team goals. It helps to connect with people even if they are far away.

Zoom Workplace: Ideal for Large Classrooms, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Zoom Workplace for its ability to handle longer duration calls with better audio and video quality compared to Google Meet. It scales efficiently to support multiple users, even for large classes with more than ninety or a hundred participants. The control over chat messages is pretty comprehensive, allowing for public, private, and broadcast messaging, which is important for managing group interactions. Plus, it’s great that I can use Zoom Workplace on any device, be it an iPad, Android, iPhone, or desktop, without worrying about losing quality or control.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's good for small teams, but it gets a little bit costly for bigger team sizes. There's also room for improvement in the browser-based environment, where the quality, degree of controls, and stability feel a little bit flaky compared to the desktop apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for teaching sessions with large classes over 90 students. It supports longer calls, offers better audio and video quality than alternatives, and scales well for over 100 participants.
Clear Calls Even with Basic Speakers and Mic
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have the best speakers or mic but never have an issue on calls with others hearing me. I would mostly get invites and click right into the meeting and was a little nervous about setting up my own meeting for others to join. It is very easy and straightforward. Not complicated at all and was quick to do. It has now become a norm and is easier and more efficient than a phone call. Screen share is a necessity with meetings and so easy to switch users sharing screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues yet. We use it weekly and sometimes daily. It's like picking up a phone now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborations are quick and easy to get everyone together without commuting and the ability to share notes and ideas in real time vs emails or trying to explain a visual over the phone. It's as effective as a personal meeting but with so much more convenience for everyone's busy day.
Zoom Workplace Makes Online Learning Easy with One-Click Meetings and Clear Audio
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it is very easy to use. I can join meetings with just one click. The video and sound quality are good, so I can understand my teachers clearly. It helps me attend online classes from home. I also like that I can chat, share screen, and record classes. Zoom makes online learning simple and comfortable for students like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes the network problem creates disturbance in class. The video or sound may stop in between. If internet is slow, it becomes difficult to understand the lesson. Also, long meetings can make me feel tired. Sometimes the free version has time limits, which is also a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of distance. Even if teachers and students are in different places, we can still attend classes online. It helps when schools are closed or when we cannot go outside. Because of Zoom, I can continue my studies from home without missing classes. It also saves travel time and makes learning easier and more comfortable for me.

Zoom workplace stands out for its video quality and audio quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels a little crowded, and advanced features like participant limit is unlocked on paid plans only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom brings together video, audio, and text-based communication in one place, which helps avoid the hassle of relying on separate platforms for each of these. I benefit from it by not having to switch apps often, which increases my productivity.
Easy Meetings with AI Notes and Background Blur—A Zoom Favorite
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and having quick meetings with the customers, while also having the AI feature taking notes for me made it my favorite product for meetings. At the same time, the fact that you can cover your background so that your customer doesn't see the two cats fighting in the back while I do a QBR made Zoom one of my best friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I can say I dislike, but I would suggest maybe an improvement on the notifications side - Whenever a customer types a message while I am in the meeting with them, I don't see the notification so some sound notification or a pop-up would definitely help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me have meetings with my customers and basically made work from home possible.

THE EMOJIS AND EASY USER INTERFACE. I LOVE HOW YOU CAN QUICKLY FORWARD MESSAGES TO OTHER COLLEAGUES FOR A MORE SEAMLESS COLLABORATIVE COMMUNICATION

SOMETIMES THERE ARE BUGS THAT POP UP THAT CLOSES MY ZOOM AND I HAVE TO REOPEN IT

What do you like best about the product?
I like its amazing features especially its integration with artificail intelligence. Also the fact thats its free and connects people world wide
