What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and its integration with daily work tools. The platform allows for smooth collaboration between teams thanks to its video call, messaging, and workspace features all in one place. Additionally, the audio and video quality is exceptional, even with variable internet connections, and the options for screen and file sharing make meetings and work sessions more productive. The intuitive user experience has reduced the learning curve and facilitated adoption among colleagues and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Zoom Workplace offers many advantages, one aspect that can be improved is the organization and management of notifications. Sometimes, we receive redundant notifications or ones that are difficult to filter, which can affect concentration. Additionally, some advanced features, such as space management or specific integrations, can be somewhat unintuitive for new users without prior training. Lastly, the resource consumption on older devices can be somewhat high during long video calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves several common challenges in remote communication and collaboration. First, it centralizes communication tools (video calls, messaging, and team collaboration) into a single platform, reducing the need to switch between multiple apps and improving the efficiency of daily work. It also facilitates high-quality virtual meetings with reliable audio and video, which is key to maintaining productivity in distributed teams.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about the tool is that it improves interaction with both clients and internal staff. Staff members no longer have to constantly check their emails, as with Zoom Workplace, all communication is easily accessible at their fingertips. The video conferencing feature is clear, and the video quality is high.

My main concern is the initial setup, its complex and requires it expers

Zoom Workplace has helped to create more trust with our clients. We are able to keep constant communication and updating them through the process. With the screan sharing and the video conferencing, communication and interactions are great.

Zoom Workplace facilitates collaboration and enhances business agility at its best, offering all the features an organization requires. It integrates easily with existing platforms, making implementation straightforward. This enables organizations to provide customer support and hold meetings with end-users both within and outside the company in new and effective ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom Workplace app on Android occasionally ends calls or meetings unexpectedly, without any prior warning. When this happens, I have to reopen the app and rejoin the session.

This tool helps save time when scheduling meetings and allows for a more flexible agenda, making it easier to address every requirement that supports business needs. It also streamlines customer support, project implementation, and corporate training, helping to avoid operational delays and unnecessary costs.

What do you like best about the product?
As an online Teacher working across multiple schools, Zoom Workplace has been reliable and easy to use. Scheduling lessons, hosting live classes, and managing multiple student groups is straightforward. Features such as screen and video capture, screen sharing, collaborative whiteboards, and breakout rooms support interactive teaching and reduce the need for repeated explanations. Recording lessons allows students to review materials independently, which helps reduce follow ups and improves lesson outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some collaboration features, such as persistent group chats and shared file spaces, are less robust than dedicated classroom platforms. Notifications can occasionally become overwhelming when managing multiple classes, but this does not disrup core teaching workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps manage teaching across multple schools by centralizing live lessons, virtual explainations, and recorded content. Screen and and video capture combined with collaborative whiteboards make it easier to explain concepts clearly and reuse material when needed. This reduces repetition, improves lesson contnuity, and allows me to focus more on teaching rather than managing logistics.

What do you like best about the product?
The versatile options, the ease of use, the quality, and the ability to change your background, sharing your screen is easy, the ability to respond in the chat, and just overall the best conference call application out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's never given me any issues or a negtave experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves our barrier with remote employees. We are able to have team meetings on Zoom with our employees all over the world, and it never fails to work and have everyone on the call. Very Inclusive!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Zoom Workplace for participating in team meetings since it helps my team communicate effectively while working remotely from different offices. I like that Zoom Workplace is user-friendly and offers versatility by allowing me to choose between using the camera, speaker, or chat, which is especially handy during live meetings when someone is at my desk or in the office. The ability to decide on the use of camera and audio adds flexibility to my day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not as user friendly to connect or share certain documents and/or media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for team meetings as we work remotely. It helps our team communicate effectively across different offices. Its versatility with camera, chat, and speaker options is useful if someone is at my desk or enters the office during a meeting.

Its an easy way to communicate and hold important meetings. They can be longer or shorter.
What do you dislike about the product?
No comments, no complaints. I dont currently use zoom anymore.
