working from home is challenging, and zoom made it easier for use by providing all the tools we need to have a good collaberation and prouctivity

Simple, easy to manage/license rooms and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Signing in with SSO needs to be more clear to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick way for users to have meetings. Makes being an administrator much easier.

Zoom is perfect for pur business needs, all the extra feature offered are a great plus. I like the polling option,

Better access to customer service is recommnded

Polling is great, simple to share and access with externals
Easiest video conferencing tool if your budget allows
What do you like best about the product?
Very universal app and have not had any network issues with it in 3.5+ years. Easy to send to external partners who never had issues. Easy to make breakout rooms and other features our company needed. Enjoy the desktop application and how it reminds me of my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
We kept Zoom for our business side folks who have a lot of external meetings but we went with a different platform for our internal folks just due to cost. We were already paying for an email service with a free video conferencing tool and it wasn't easily justifyable (cost wise) for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting a remote-first company with remote-first clients.
Works well, confuses customers who use Teams
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and fairly inexpensive, the options are fairly basic and straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
Some security features, like adding Passcodes to meetings confuses people and I average at least 3 people per week who have issues due to passcode security, it suuuuuucks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a teleconferecing solution and we have gone through gotmeeting, join.me, and now zoom. of those 3, zoom is the best product, but us industry standards love msft products, so most of our customers use Teams, and some of the Zoom features or where to find certain settings make up a non-insignificant part of my week
I enjoy the whiteboard feature expansions and that I can access and edit them before and after calls

Whiteboard feature is handy to use for collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
How it always pops up without me inviting it to and then i have to close it out.

being able to schedule meetings in one place.

We are able to all contact in one seamless way. The admin settings make it easy to manage users who have issues.

Limited recording space can make it difficult to manage

We are a hybrid team. Some folks work from HQ but most work from home or anywhere they choose. Having zoom makes our work and collaboration equitable across the team.

It is easy to use, can schedule meetings and sync them with Google Calendar. Has a lot of useful features and anaylytic reports

Sometimes I send an invite for one meeting and the person joining ended up in a different meeting that was going on at the same time in our organization
