What do you like best about the product?
I'm using zoom since 5 years, It's been an outstanding tool for both personal and professional use. It's user friendly interface makes scheduling and joining meetings staraightforward, The video and audio quality consistently impresses, providing clear communication without interruptions. the range of features from screen sharing and virtual backgrounds to breakout rooms and recordind options adds incredible versatility to any meeting.

Security updates and patches can sometimes lead to inconsistencies or bugs affecting user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's covering the gap between different business parties, It's the best communication tool for interaction. It's benefitting alot as it's very easy to communicate with others, easy to schedule meeting and do many other things through zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is lot easier to handle while sharing screen. It is also helpful in navigating through Chats while screen share is on.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of lag here and there. Sometimes chats won't update.

Zoom workplace is easy to handle. It helps us in storage of dochments and easily navigating through those documents.

Zoom help us to smoothen the onboarding process whenever we get issue in organising the onboarding paperwork and make them understand over call so we schedule the zoom video call to make them understand the procedure for completing onboarding compliances.

What I really enjoy is the ability to host a training in a larger magnitude, record the training and allow co-host to take over and share their information. It allows everyone to engage by allowing camera footage for participation. You have a speaker in which you can use to address the group.

For the moment I see nothing Zoom Workspace needs improvements on. I believe everything is heading in the right direction.

For me there has not been any problems using this program.

There is no downside as such. It is helpful and fast.
