With one app you can use messenger, screen share, remote control, whiteboard and meeting with internal and external users.

Transcript download is cumbersome and needs to be upgraded.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is best for web meetings and communication. It's interface is quite easy as anyone can easily understand. What I like best about zoom is screen sharing features which helps me a lot to share my presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about the Zoom. It is one of the best Web Meeting software/application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of distance as anyone can connect from anywhere. It just need internet connection. Along with that it had helped me in interview processes as well.

Helpful for sharing screen with others and if we want to mute someone so we can easily do that if we are host in zoom meeting.

I think do much process, sometime we just login quickly but zoom asking to much question and long process.

Of all the video conferencing apps, zoom meets all the requirements of a good calling tool. The opportunities I had to use for remote classes were excellent!

Not having the opportunity to listen behind doors of breakout rooms

1. Unable to share any file (PDF, Excel, Word, etc) if it is currently open in the system.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best platform available out there that eases connecting with your teammates pretty quick and effectively. The screen share option and the recorded sessions being saved directly in to the location we pre set is a very helpful feature in this platform.This is very very easy to implement in our systems and the customer support they provide is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only dislike the time limit set on the meetings and we have to create a different meeting once the given 30 minutes is over or rejoin the same old link after the time period is a very dissappointing feature of this platform. Based on the frequency of use we have for this platform it would make sense we need to have more hours in the open meetings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it resolved many issues we had earlier with the quality of audio and video recording features and it also resolved the problem with background blur
