What do you like best about the product?
It has robust features, including AI, which makes it hands-down, the best video platform out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the fact they didn't do summaries of the calls, but now that has been added with AI.

What do you dislike about the product?
I Haven't found anything that I dislike as of now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling the meetings were difficult earlier and also the option of recording the meetings and directly sharing it with the attendees makes it easier!

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI feature- Agentic allows converting meeting transcripts into templates, checklists, trackers, and more.
The new updated sidebar allows you to reorder and pin tabs, customise notifications etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Things I feel which can improve is user interface, more AI integration into the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is providing us with a platfom where in people can connect and interact with each other. It is free to a limited bandwith and hence startups or businesses in their initial stage can use to to interact, hold business meetings, have interactive sessions and hold webinars.
Zoom's 100 participants free user feature makes a big difference!

100 participants and up to 40 minutes per meeting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're in a rural area it's almost impossible to connect to Zoom given that, a lack of stable internet connection will hinder communication effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I used to hold virtual meetings with a lot of participants and Zoom has helped tremendously.

Zoom Workplace is a seamless integration of communication tools.The intuitive user interface makes it easy for new team members to get on board without a steep learning curve.The platform offers an intuitive setup process with clear instructions, which allowed our team to get started quickly.customer support has been reliable and responsive,For larger or more complex issues, we found their live chat and email support to be very helpful. We useZoom daily for a variety of tasks, including team meetings, client calls, and webinars.It integrates smoothly with a wide range of tools that our team already uses, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and calendars.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute limit on group meetings in the free plan can be restrictive.At times, there may be connectivity lags or glitches, especially during peak usage hours.While the basic features are easy to use, advanced features may require some time to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has helped solve several key challenges, particularly with remote communication and collaboration.This has improved team coordination, especially for projects that require frequent check-ins and brainstorming sessions.
