What do you like best about the product?
When conducting public hearings in Webinar it gives the public a view only function which is helpful when wanting to have a bit of control on who speaks and who can only view. There is the option to raise hand and gives the public comment priveledges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software does not auto update and almost too many settings, hard to find what you need as an admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is especially beneficial when there are a lot of public in the audience. It gives you the control of the room.

Zoom Workplace helps to ensure that the collective membership of our organziation will attend scheduled meetings and provide their vitally important input because of the convenience of this platform.

My Review for Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has got a lot of updates as we can see the AI has been a game changer in almost every organization the zoom has also got its AI assistant. this helps me with handling meetings, chats, emails using the keywords and dates and this is also helps in summarizing our upcoming meetings by searching people like team members and managers from web search with this our work has become more smoother had to say that the call quality has been pretty much improved also using it in mobile is more easy even scheduling interviews has become more quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Should improve its low internet connections issues while on meetings or calls. sometimes i need to hang up and reshedule the call to get a good connection. adding the same features from desktop to mobile interface would be great for me to scheduling meetings and interviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can use on mobile as well as on PC, We use Zoom for recruiting purposes in case we are out of the desk we will be notified through mobile which is helpful, it helps in the times of scheduling a client interview through mobile when you are out of office,helpful in making video call with the candidates and taking a screenshot and submit them to the client, An High quality audio and video features helps us benefit in so many ways

Being able to Zoom with many indivialus at one time whie till still having the option to make individual rooms .
Best Video Conferencing tool ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the UI, Video Settings it offers such as touch-up appearance, HD video and using Iphone as camera. It's very easy to use, and it's integrated well with my outlook email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I disklike about Zoom is it keeps logging me out of the SSO session because I use my org's email to login.
Everytime I have to press SSO, and then go to the webpage, login and redirect to app and it frustrating before a meeting

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have both Microsoft Teams workplace and Zoom workplace and let me tell you the dread I feel whenever I have to attend a Teams meeting. The UI is pathetic, inferior audio and video capabilites and screen sharing on MAC is loaded with problems
