The go-to-tool for virtual work environment
What do you like best about the product?
I really like high quality video meetings and ability to share my screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing that I could pin point as the tool's bottleneck

Clear video during client conferencing is very helpful for me. Also the interface is very user friendly. Meeting recording features helps me listen to recorder meetings during planning and brainstorming.

Zoom is the best app i have ever used as client as well as a developer.
It has a smooth interface which helps us to interact with people and also the annotion feature helps us in explaining the project to our client in a better a way.

Some time zoom audio gets disconnected that can be fixed.

In zoom workplace one problem we where having for recording that has been solved by the option of auto recording now we can auto record the session on cloud which has been hassle free for us that we can provide the time to time session updates to our students

The best thing of this app is i can easily schedule my daily meetings with large number of people's under one roof and the video and audio quality were excellent it's made my requirements fulfilled - Easy interface

Sometime when the network fluctuation occurs then app failed to take command entered by me and doesn't allow to exit so this needs to be fixed.

Earlier conducting a meet was a challenge for me as the other apps in market does not provide good audio and video quality after using zoom my that problem got resolved a was easily able to schedule meet with the large number of audience and recording feature made my life easy if someone missed to attend the meet with the help of recording they were able to get the insights

Zoom is ubiquitous today. Everyone is comfortable with the tools and how easy it is to use.

Zoom has a tendency to require an update at inopportune times that may cause tardiness to meetings. An option to complete an update at a later time would be most useful.

Meetings on the go and easy screen sharing even on mobile devices.

I have tried different virtual meeting platforms but always come back to zoom because of its features accessibility and user-friendly interface that can easily be customized to meet ones needs.

I am yet to see one downside about zoom.

Inconvience. I do not have to change my demographic to meet with anyone. zoom takes care of that.
