Great tool for meetings!
What do you like best about the product?
User experience, smooth and easy to navigate, locate and find what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, its a great tool! could perhpas have some more engaging applications interagrated.

Helps me communicate with colleagues in an efficient and user friendly way. Good bye to old way of calling each other :)

What do you like best about the product?
I have frequently used it for online calls it's very easy to use because of it simple user interface that beginners can use and easy implement. When we face an issue the customer support is also good and multiple features on it like audio, video, chat etc. And easy to integrate as well

Which I does not like is the subscription charges to use multiple features

Zoom solves the problem for distance communication, flexibility, cost-efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps to connect with colleagues for business purpose even the members are high in volume. Easy to set up meeting and sharing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
During meeting or content is shared seeing people comments is sometimes difficult.

Give to add more members in one meeting and ease of access and sharing
Zoom - the goto meeting destination for my company
What do you like best about the product?
Most of my clients and myself are aware about Zoom and have been using it for a long time. It has updated its features and design to date. Fixing meetings and sharing meeting links are made seamless and ver easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miss the option to directly send a meeting invite from the zoom interface. Having to go to email and fix a meeting is a step that I would prefer to avoid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to get on multiple video meetings in a day and zoom is a day to day part of my life. Most meetings take place in zoom and my life goes inter-changing from my mail, calendar and zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Recently there have been a lot of new AI additions to the app seeking enhancements in the userworkflow. Some new AI tools like the Zoom Docs along with the new scheduler and whiteboard features have helped us to improve the productivity of our meetings to some extent. Also the simultaneous multi screen share support has been a great addition. Overall the app still remains to be our daily meeting driver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Zoom Workplace has evolved a lot in the last few years there are still few things that need attention. The free plan is still limited. The new AI Tools like the Zoom Docs which I used aim to provide great features and functionality but still are not that optimised or mature we can say. Also the new AI additions are a little confusing when you try implementing them in your workflow for the first time. Also the meeting UI needs a new look after years of similar looking meeting UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it possible to contact our colleagues and business partners at any remote corner of the world. The possible inetgrations with different calendars and business apps makes meeting scheduling and reminders an easy task.
Amazing product for Online Meetings, with very easy to use UI
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for 6 years now, I haven't seen the app down for even once. Together with that the options to have breakout rooms, polls, whiteboard, etc are all very useful for a great meeting experience. It is very easy to simply add Zoom links to the meetings we schedule via Google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason lately, I have seen a really good feature disappear from the app, which is the AI note taker assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After Covid when people have stopped going for physical meetings, Zoom seems like a really good way to make sure the impact is as close to a physical meeting. If one has to travel for a meeting it takes us a few hours, but on Zoom you can save a lot of time.

Sometimes there are problems with the video.

breakout rooms are a great option for taking one on one interview tests.

unpaid version of zoom gives only 45mins of meeting time which is not likable.

it's making interviewing easy with the option of using breakout rooms.

Meetings, integration from other apps like outlook, breakout rooms, cloud recordings, ease of use

It is somewhat difficult to switch the audio devices

So far I've had good experience with zoom but could be better

AI assistant capabilities have improved and post meeting notes it is generating are more accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to navigate when compared to it's competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually I use zoom schedule with outlook integration and it helps me schedule meetings directly from outlook without opening zoom and the advantage of this is I can see my schedule if it's open or not.
