Very good and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it can connect everyone together for meetings or whatever your using it for. It svery easy to use and get connected.

no complaints with using zoom for work. Its very easy to use.

having to try and schedule meetings when everyone is not busy. Its very easy to get everyone conected

I have nothing to dislike about zoom work place, infact it's very effective in conducting online videos interviews and meetings.

Simple in organising video calls, conference meetings and online interviews

It's easy to use and have yet to run into any technical difficulties.

I haven't found anything I don't like about zoom workplace yet.

It helps everyone connect and review/discuss current topics at hand even if we aren't all together. It is a convenient way for us to all collaborate and communicate at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Meetings became a necessity during the pandemic - clients demanded it often, and we had to have a platform for audio and videoconferencing, and for media interviews. Zoom is just one of the easiest to use meeting and conferencing platform, while having affordable prices. Also, Zoom never failed us, while clients using Microsoft Teams often had call dropouts or disconnects when we attended, and many occasions we had to use our Zoom account as an alternative for our clients' meetings. For media interviews, we always depended on Zoom to record such interviews, and we could pass on the recordings to our journalist colleagues for their content consumption.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest AI summary is a great feature, but more is needed to have better content parity and accuracy with the actual meetings. I am sure this is one area Zoom will refine as it goes along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With an international clientele, video and audio virtual meetings became more and more important especially during and after the pandemic. Business travel reduced tremendously due to costs, and so using Zoom for audio and video conferening became an important process and system for us to keep clients in the loop for progress and outcomes, and for us internally to brainstorm with local and remote colleagues across the world, especially in Asia, while saving travel and costs. With media training and also helping our journalist colleagues record their interviews with our clients, Zoom too became an important tool.

When we are unable to connect the team this app is very useful in the scenario.

What do you like best about the product?
The relate tools that are in zoom make easies the comunications and also the methodologie if u are teaching something.

Some time go frozen but looks like is the internet most of the time, I dont thing that is te platform

It allows to accelerate pending work in terms of communication, you can also create rooms to have privacy and in the same way, we can have rooms together
Best meeting app for work
What do you like best about the product?
The tools in order to share and point things out in a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay on the loading times for the meeting.

Zoom is allowing to point out on share screens what we need and correct in time.
Would be lost without Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to use and has all the features that I need! I also love that the settings are easy to navigate so that I can make changes as needed. I find that Zoom is way better than Teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only thing is that I don't love the "blur your background" feature because of they way it "cuts out" the profile of my hair and sometimes it looks more like I have a "hair helmet".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows our team to collaborate and communciate seamlessly even though we are spread out across five countries. With Zoom, it feels as though we are right next to each other!
