Zoom Workplace makes my job easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that my meetings are recorded makes note taking of our board meetings a breeze.

Nothing, everything about Zoom workplace has been great.

Easy UI interface and ability to integrate with mutiple different vendors

Zoom updates some time breaks all the integration like Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conferencing with different prospects without any issues and allow us to use gong zoon native integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, I like the ability to have breakout rooms when we have larger meetings to break into smaller cohorts before reconvening together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is on more of the pricey side for video conferencing compared to Google meets/ hangouts

Ability for large teams to collaborate/ host webinars.
I'm an admin zoom account. Handling this console very user friendly and easy.

No all good from my end.. without this app my day to day workers I'm finishing quickly.

First thing is reducing my data storage work like moving this recording file another locations.
Zoom presents no barriers to virtual meetings

How easy it is for EVERYONE on calls to use, and the clarity of the video feed.

No issues really. Zoom is my favorite online meeting tool.

Zoom works for my team and our clients. We don't waste time trying to figure out why video or sound don't work.

What do you like best about the product?
The best 2 way video conferencing platform that we have used or tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides. If I had to pick something, I'm not a huge fan of some of the AI type features that have been added or the fixed layout options (which can be tunred off in your account) for screen sharing. It would be great if there were a way to easily link multiple zoom meetings together.

Easily host virtual meetings and events for our business
I love zoom I use it for all mt teleconferences

All the tools so far but also the AI assistant and summary very helffull and te transcript
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to leave the "Sound from muscicians" always on becuse I am sharing sound from a console and in order for other to hear it i need to remember to clickk on the Sound for musicins on. I would like a setting to leave it on when i get into the room

Easy communication because it is easy for non tech savvy people to use it

Zoom Workplace just works! Ive used all the competitors and Zoom is the best. Audio and Video are not comparmised if one person with a weak connection joins unlike other services.

There are no down sides with Zoom period!
