Quick, Clean Calls with AI Meeting Summaries That Keep Work Moving
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy it is to jump into a call and just get work done. For client meetings, it feels quick and clean: join links work, audio and video are steady most of the time, screen sharing is crisp, and I’m not hunting around for hidden buttons. Setting it up on a new machine is painless too—I sign in and I’m good to go, so I don’t lose an afternoon fiddling with settings. Day to day, it’s simply convenient. I can move through back-to-back calls and it keeps up without drama, which really matters when clients are waiting.
The feature set covers what I need without feeling bloated. Recordings, transcripts, chat, reactions, a waiting room, a basic whiteboard, and polls when we need them—it’s all there, and it behaves the way I expect. The AI summarize feature is honestly a win for me: the meeting ends and I can pull a clean MOM to share, assign owners, and move on to the next task. I also like that the recap sits with the recording, so anyone who missed the call can catch up quickly without me having to write a long email. The support docs and help articles are decent as well; when I get stuck, there’s usually an answer that gets me unstuck fast.
Integrations have gotten better, too. The latest update that pulls in my official Google Calendar meetings is a plus—now everything just shows up, and joining is one click from the calendar view. Scheduling is straightforward, recurring invites behave, and links don’t break when we tweak details. It also plays nicely with email and files: sharing a cloud recording or a transcript link is simple, and the permissions make sense so clients can access what they need without jumping through a dozen hoops. I’m in it most workdays for client calls, standups, and quick syncs, and it keeps the flow calm.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only real dislike is the mic noise cancellation. It’s not quite on par with a few other tools I’ve used that have stronger voice isolation, so loud fans or keyboard clacks can still leak through at times, and I end up muting more than I’d like. It’s not a dealbreaker—just a bit of friction I notice on busier days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace takes a lot of the coordination headache out of client meetings. I can send invites, have calendars pick them up automatically, and joining is basically one click. Everyone gets into the room without fuss, even when they’re outside our org. Screen sharing, recordings, and transcripts help ensure decisions and demos are captured, and the AI summary cuts down the time I spend turning a call into a clean MOM with owners and next steps. That alone saves me a bunch of small minutes every week.
It also improves follow-ups and visibility. Cloud recordings and summaries are easy to share in the same thread where we’re already working, so handing off to a teammate is smooth and we don’t lose context. The tool stays stable even across long sessions, breakout rooms are useful when we need to split up a client workshop, and the straightforward scheduling helps keep a predictable rhythm. The net result is less time wrestling with logistics, faster decisions after a call, and a calmer workflow because the pieces fit together without me having to glue them by hand.

Seamless All-in-One Collaboration with Stable Meetings and Smart AI Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how seamlessly it brings communication, collaboration, and scheduling into one platform. The interface is intuitive, meetings are stable even with low bandwidth, and features like screen sharing, chat, calendar integration, and AI meeting summaries make daily collaboration efficient and smooth across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is powerful, some advanced features can feel overwhelming at first and require time to fully understand. Certain AI and admin features are locked behind higher-tier plans, and occasional updates change layouts or settings, which can briefly impact workflow until users adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of fragmented communication by combining meetings, chat, scheduling, and collaboration tools in a single ecosystem. This reduces tool switching, improves meeting efficiency with AI summaries and recordings, and helps teams stay aligned, productive, and connected regardless of location.

Great Video, Audio Quality with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace to be a great initiative for providing a good face-to-face meeting experience. I really like the good video and audio quality, which mostly works without buffering and latency. The stability of the platform is also something I appreciate. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like background filters could be improved. I'd like them to use AI to make it look more real.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to avoid traveling for face-to-face meetings. It provides great video and audio quality with no buffering or latency.
Effortless Remote Collaboration with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Zoom Workplace is to use and how stable the video and audio quality are. Screen sharing and recording meetings are very helpful for work and studies. These features save me time and make remote collaboration easier. Screen sharing helps explain ideas clearly, and recording meetings lets me review important information later. The stable quality makes communication more effective. The initial setup was very easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app uses a lot of system resources, and the free version has time limits. It could also improve integration with other tools and reduce background noise automatically. It would be great to have deeper integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams, and more customizable noise reduction settings. Better AI-based background noise filtering would also improve the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve communication and collaboration issues for remote work and study. It enables virtual meetings, screen sharing, real-time collaboration, and reduces in-person meetings, saving time and boosting productivity.
Effortless Team Collaboration with AI-Powered Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is easy to use with an easy interface. I also value the AI overview notetaker in meetings as a helpful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think their notification process doesn't stand out as much as, like, its competitor Microsoft Teams. You can enable notifications to be, you know, sticky, but, in general, it doesn't do as good of a job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace simplifies team collaboration and helps our recruiting team with candidate calls and tracking everything in one system.
Reliable, All-in-One Communication Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its reliability and straightforwardness. Meetings start on time, the audio and video quality stay consistent, and screen sharing just works without needing extra setup. It's easy for everyone to join, even if they're not tech-savvy, which saves time. Zoom Workplace handles different meeting sizes smoothly, from one-on-one calls to larger team meetings. The scheduling and calendar integration are convenient, making planning and joining meetings easy with a single click. Features like chat and meeting recordings make it easy to follow up later. Overall, it feels stable and dependable for daily work, making collaboration smoother and reducing friction in everyday work.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things could be better. Sometimes the desktop app feels a bit heavy and uses more system resources than expected, especially during longer meetings. The interface can also feel slightly cluttered with so many options, which might be confusing for new users. Occasionally switching between chat, meetings, and settings isn't as smooth as it could be, so a more streamlined layout would improve the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for centralized communication. It solves the problem of scattered tools by handling video meetings, calls, and chats in one place. It's reliable and makes remote collaboration smoother, reducing delays from technical issues.
Zoom Keeps Getting Better—Meetings with Great Sharing & Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been continuing to get better and better, and works better than any similar platform I've used throughout the years. Some of the features I appreciate are the ability to share files during video conferences, the ability to use a tool that "touches up" my appearance (evening skin tone, erasing wrinkles, showing less detail), the ability to blur my background, and the ability to still access the chats/files after the meeting is over. I also like the screen sharing options during meetings and the fact that it can include keyboard and mouse control if desired (helpful for tech training!).
What do you dislike about the product?
A computer needs to meet certain requirements to utilize the full suite of Zoom features, and the web app doesn't have the full suite of features. For example: the option to blur your background, touch up my appearance, and/or use a background image isn't available (last time I checked) when I use Zoom on my decade-old laptop, but I can use those features on my desktop computer since it's a newer machine. I rarely travel and almost never need to use my laptop, but I wish I could have full Zoom features on those rare occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enables me to meet with clients online with minimal friction; they can click the meeting link, and within a matter of seconds they've entered the waiting room and I accept them into the meeting. That ease of use ensures that meetings can start on time, assuming that the client wasn't running late to begin with.
