What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has just literally killed the old skype that many of us used to share information with our clients or screen shares and totally transformed the way we can do online business. It helps us to create a website and show the client in maybe another country how things work by sharing our screen and doing a run through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not the most secure platform, the free version time limit is way to low and should at least be a hour or more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated before it helps us to show our clients how to use there website's or how to use the hosting panels etc we can go on a live zoom call and let them follow along in real time and that helps a lot. We also use it for short courses to help team members with access related issues or training on how to use Wordpress etc

Zoom is online meeting, calling, conference application.it very useful in any of sector to handling your business.

They are often inefficient, too long, there is usually one or two voices that dominate the conversation, and if good ideas are generated, they are usually lost in flipcharts or someone's camera roll at the end of the meeting

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of remote communication by providing high-quality video and audio calls, efficient meeting tools, and seamless integration with other collaboration platforms. This benefits me by enhancing teamwork, improving meeting productivity, and allowing flexible, secure communication from any device.

That allows many people to connect without the meetings feeling overcrowded.

In my experience, the time in the app was limited,and we had to start another meeting to finish discussing the remaining details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, during the pandemic is when I used it the most. I was able to attend classes through it, and it was much more comfortable to pay attention from the comfort of my home. I could record the meetings to access them later and review what I learned.
I used Zoom app for my online classes and it is very easy to use and fast.

I really like Zoom workplace because of its multiple features.

While I was feeling difficulty in online classes. After knowing zoom app I am very happy because I feel not difficulty now to take lecture.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the easiest to install, collaborate and easy to use. The functionality is so easy and alot of feactures to get the objective completed

The only thing that I could say is at times it is slow to connect, but that might be a interner of OS issue. But everytime it just takes longer than other platforms I used.

Getting my objectives completed, since I have the participants online and avaiable to answer my questions instead of endless emails.

It can be incorporated in my Google calender and provides me with timely reminders of upcoming meetings.

Time limits placed on meetings at timess

During the pandemic it really served the purpose by allowing continuance in businesses when they could not meet face to face. It has now become a way of life!
