Zoom Workplace is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
Enhanced Collaboration Features and Unified Communications Platform fir video meetings, phone calls, and messaging into a single interface. The Branding Customization. Customer support is awesome!

Sometimes my meetings don't sync with my calendars

Zoom gives me a unified platform for all the employees at this company so chat, talk and collaborate on projects around the globe.
Zoom has helped bring our team members together. it has increased collaboration and efficiency 100%

Logs, recordings, integrations, chat meetings and whiteboards

I really have not come up with a downside for our team

Reliability is what I like best. Zoom products have always been reliable

The thing I like least is that once you add on a feature, even if you only need it for a short period of time, you are locked in for that feature until your renewal

Our business involves alot of work from home employees. Zoom is helpful to bring us together as a team. Also, we rely on zoom to bring our clients together with their customers remotely.

Higher computer requirements than most video meeting software.

Its simple and easy to use. I like that I can attach the meetings to my calendar.

It would be easier if I can set the zoom in my calendar without the waiting room.

Quick, Easy, and Convenient Meeting Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a relatively easy application to setup and deploy across our organization. We use Zoom multiple times throughout the week and it is super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much of a downside to note with Zoom. It is easy enough to walk the technologically challenged through, and can be taught to anyone.

Meeting as a team in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
