Zoom video conferencing - most efficient and User friendly platform

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom ensures sevcurity and privacy by not allowing invited guest to trespass in schedule meetings.Zoom can host large number of students, offers breakout rooms and in-app polls, and works good enough even with low bandwidth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom doesn't have an ecosystem just like Google meet or microsoft teams. Also, registeration process is not very much user friendly for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best platform for virtual classrooms since it has a good video and audio quality. Zoom can accomodate large number of users and maintains privacy and security by allowing only invited guest to join scheduled meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to have and use this user-friendly application, with easy set-up, helpful to schedule future videocall meetings, have reminders, and other tens of widgets I can resort to from a single website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop application seems to use much CPU and memory resources, but that would depend on how updated our hardware is. Apart from that, I love the excellent service it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes video conferencing and sharing absolutely real, formal, educational, and with no pixelation, or frozen interruptions.

Works great if you can standardize outside of your normal email platform

What do you like best about the product?
It has become a holistic platform meaning you can standardize several workplace functions into one platform. It is very simplistic to setup and manage from an administrator perspective. The use of Google or Active directory to bring in your employees makes for easy integration. I haven't had to use customer support from an admin perspective but it also seems to be easy to get help through their ticking and faq system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is cost when you already pay for certain features outside of zoom. i.e Google Chat, Meet, teams, those items are all included in almost all Email account subscriptions, so you would need to ensure you standardize your SOPs at an org level and unifi on which platform you are using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ITs just a better Conferencing platform across the board, more robust and built for multi employee collab.

You have to download the app actually instead of web.

What do you like best about the product?
Seemless integration for users coming over form 8x8. We also like the ability to create within the space and share with users, not forcing us to have another application to do most functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the SMS messages were part of the general chat space, we have users that communicate outside the bank with clients that way and it creates a few extra steps for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with our previous vendor we struggled with our remote areas having enough bandwidith for video conferences, Zoom has made that a non-issue

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is useful to replace the use of physical phones for our hybrid work model.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pain points include: the set up process for new users (as listed below):
1) set up their account before we can assign numbers to the account
2) require the admin to add the phone number to the account after set up
3) not as easily accessible to see where you can set up your voicemail
4) set up of voicemail is mandatory but I have not personally used the code to listen to my voicemails.

The Zoom app is clunky at times where we must log into the web version to record our voicemails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only solving the replacement of physical office phones.

What do you like best about the product?
Since the pandemic, most people have become very familiar with Zoom for meetings, so using it as a VOIP solution did not have a steep learning curve for staff. The AI features are a great benefit as well that will make our teams daily operations faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a big disconnect between the sales team and the implementation team. The sales team promissed a hands-off implementation and after our second meeting with the deployment team it became very clear that we would need to be heavily involved to deploy Zoom Phones. Also during the implementation, whenever we asked more information about a feature or what would be the best option between certain settings, we normally got directed to a knowledge base article that we had to read and figure it out on our own anyways. Training followed the same trend, we were promissed 'as many training sessions as you need' and the week before deployment we were told we only qualified for two training sessions.

The tool is good, but take the sales pitch with a grain of salt and be ready to do most of the heavy lifting during deployments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking during calls using AI is a great benefit to us.
