Reliable, All-in-One Communication Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its reliability and straightforwardness. Meetings start on time, the audio and video quality stay consistent, and screen sharing just works without needing extra setup. It's easy for everyone to join, even if they're not tech-savvy, which saves time. Zoom Workplace handles different meeting sizes smoothly, from one-on-one calls to larger team meetings. The scheduling and calendar integration are convenient, making planning and joining meetings easy with a single click. Features like chat and meeting recordings make it easy to follow up later. Overall, it feels stable and dependable for daily work, making collaboration smoother and reducing friction in everyday work.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things could be better. Sometimes the desktop app feels a bit heavy and uses more system resources than expected, especially during longer meetings. The interface can also feel slightly cluttered with so many options, which might be confusing for new users. Occasionally switching between chat, meetings, and settings isn't as smooth as it could be, so a more streamlined layout would improve the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for centralized communication. It solves the problem of scattered tools by handling video meetings, calls, and chats in one place. It's reliable and makes remote collaboration smoother, reducing delays from technical issues.
Zoom Keeps Getting Better—Meetings with Great Sharing & Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been continuing to get better and better, and works better than any similar platform I've used throughout the years. Some of the features I appreciate are the ability to share files during video conferences, the ability to use a tool that "touches up" my appearance (evening skin tone, erasing wrinkles, showing less detail), the ability to blur my background, and the ability to still access the chats/files after the meeting is over. I also like the screen sharing options during meetings and the fact that it can include keyboard and mouse control if desired (helpful for tech training!).
What do you dislike about the product?
A computer needs to meet certain requirements to utilize the full suite of Zoom features, and the web app doesn't have the full suite of features. For example: the option to blur your background, touch up my appearance, and/or use a background image isn't available (last time I checked) when I use Zoom on my decade-old laptop, but I can use those features on my desktop computer since it's a newer machine. I rarely travel and almost never need to use my laptop, but I wish I could have full Zoom features on those rare occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enables me to meet with clients online with minimal friction; they can click the meeting link, and within a matter of seconds they've entered the waiting room and I accept them into the meeting. That ease of use ensures that meetings can start on time, assuming that the client wasn't running late to begin with.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that it is very easy to use. I can join meetings with just one click. The video and sound quality are good, so I can understand my teachers clearly. It helps me attend online classes from home. I also like that I can chat, share screen, and record classes. Zoom makes online learning simple and comfortable for students like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes the network problem creates disturbance in class. The video or sound may stop in between. If internet is slow, it becomes difficult to understand the lesson. Also, long meetings can make me feel tired. Sometimes the free version has time limits, which is also a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of distance. Even if teachers and students are in different places, we can still attend classes online. It helps when schools are closed or when we cannot go outside. Because of Zoom, I can continue my studies from home without missing classes. It also saves travel time and makes learning easier and more comfortable for me.

Great Video Quality and Security, but Screen Sharing Navigation Can Be Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workspace offers very high-quality video communication. The meeting security is good, and the application’s overall security is solid as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation buttons can be tricky at times. For example, when I want to share my screen, I sometimes get lost because it’s not clear where the button is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its saves time. So that I am able to just be on my work without having to waste time walking around going to meeting that would otherwise be done over the net.

The interface feels a little crowded, and advanced features like participant limit is unlocked on paid plans only.

Zoom brings together video, audio, and text-based communication in one place, which helps avoid the hassle of relying on separate platforms for each of these. I benefit from it by not having to switch apps often, which increases my productivity.
Easy Meetings with AI Notes and Background Blur—A Zoom Favorite
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and having quick meetings with the customers, while also having the AI feature taking notes for me made it my favorite product for meetings. At the same time, the fact that you can cover your background so that your customer doesn't see the two cats fighting in the back while I do a QBR made Zoom one of my best friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I can say I dislike, but I would suggest maybe an improvement on the notifications side - Whenever a customer types a message while I am in the meeting with them, I don't see the notification so some sound notification or a pop-up would definitely help.

Helping me have meetings with my customers and basically made work from home possible.

THE EMOJIS AND EASY USER INTERFACE. I LOVE HOW YOU CAN QUICKLY FORWARD MESSAGES TO OTHER COLLEAGUES FOR A MORE SEAMLESS COLLABORATIVE COMMUNICATION

SOMETIMES THERE ARE BUGS THAT POP UP THAT CLOSES MY ZOOM AND I HAVE TO REOPEN IT

Quick, Simple Setup for Seamless Office-to-Remote Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a quick way to connect office workers with remote workers, and it also makes it easier to have more “important” discussions without needing other colleagues to be involved. It’s simple to set up, easy to send invites, and the online lobby option is helpful for approving or denying participants before they join. Call quality is also on par with what you’d expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I run into connection issues from time to time, especially when it tries to push HD quality. Sometimes the links don’t work the way they should, and if you don’t fully understand online meetings, it’s not the easiest thing to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re able to review projections and estimates on a daily or weekly schedule without having to do a full conference call or meet in person. It makes connecting with our corporate team much quicker and more efficient. Honestly, it’s just a great tool to have for any business.
