What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything together in one place. It makes communication very smooth through video meetings, chat, and file sharing, which helps save time and stay organized. I also find it very reliable and easy to use, even for long sessions or team collaboration. Features like screen sharing, recording, and breakout rooms make it especially helpful for training, coaching, and group work.
What do you dislike about the product?
overwhelming with too many features, especially for new users. It takes a bit of time to get used to everything.
Also, occasional connection or audio issues can interrupt meetings, which can be frustrating, especially during important discussions. Another downside is that long meetings can feel tiring, especially when you have several sessions back-to-back.

Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of communication gaps, especially when teams are working remotely or in different locations. Instead of relying on long emails or delayed responses, it allows instant meetings, quick discussions, and real-time collaboration.
For me, this makes a big difference in staying connected with my team or students. It saves time, makes explanations clearer through screen sharing, and helps avoid misunderstandings.

Freedom to Connect from Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to join a call from anywhere, even while driving, which means I'm not tied to my desk anymore and can work from places like the gym. It’s also great that I don’t have to worry about whether the call will be recorded or not. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think being able to see the call while driving would've been better, especially when the other person is sharing their screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to take work calls from anywhere, even while driving or at the gym. It unties me from my desk, and I don't worry about call recordings.

What do you like best about the product?
The most impressive thing about Zoom is its connection stability. Even when I’m on a slightly weak mobile data plan, the video doesn't lag much. As a student, the screen sharing and the 'Whiteboard' features are incredibly helpful for group projects. It just makes collaborating feel very natural, almost like we are in the same room.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute time limit on the free version is the only major headache during long study sessions. Also, the interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered with too many icons, which takes a moment to navigate if you're in a hurry to join a meeting. It also consumes quite a bit of battery on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has completely removed the need for physical travel for my coaching and group studies. I can now connect with my classmates from different cities instantly. Being able to record the sessions is a huge bonus, as it helps me go back and review complex topics before my exams.

Zoom Workplace mainly solves communication and collaboration challenges in remote and hybrid environments. In the past, people often had to rely on in person meetings or juggle multiple separate tools for chatting, calling, and sharing files. Zoom brings these features together in one platform, which makes work and learning much easier and more streamlined.
Versatile but Bandwidth-Heavy for International Projects

I like Zoom Workplace for its ability to allow the team to share screens and participate more effectively. It's convenient for collaboration and offers features like changing backgrounds and integrating AI to assist with responses. The AI integration is quite interesting as it allows you to take notes and respond to questions, which helps in interacting with other team members. I find these features, like screen sharing where I can do live coding, pretty interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yeah. Because it consume a lot of bandwidth. And that can be a challenge for people overseas. Especially in the region, like, it doesn't have good Internet. So that's a little challenge that we have. And also the price. Right? It's not free.

I use Zoom Workplace to interact with people across different regions, enabling video conferences with team members globally. It allows screen sharing, background changes, AI integration, and enhances collaboration with its convenient features.
Easy Setup and Simple to Use—Reduced Training Time
What do you like best about the product?
When COVID came around, Zoom Workplace helped our business by being easy to install and set up, and it was simple to use. That cut down the time we needed for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace eventually became a disaster for our team. It wouldn’t integrate with some of the programs we were using, and it never connected to our Apple Calendar—everything had to be Google-based. The final straw was not being able to use our own company email. On top of that, some of the newer features felt useless, and many times our meetings were low pixel and the audio kept breaking up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m no longer using this product unless my doctor’s office sends me a shared link. Over time, we replaced this platform by simply using Microsoft Teams for chat and video instead.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its difficult to capture meeting minutes from the recording and transcript. It would be great if it allows exporting meeting minutes in various formats like PowerPoint slides or pdfs with pictorial representations as well.
