Quick, Simple Setup for Seamless Office-to-Remote Meetings

  • January 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a quick way to connect office workers with remote workers, and it also makes it easier to have more “important” discussions without needing other colleagues to be involved. It’s simple to set up, easy to send invites, and the online lobby option is helpful for approving or denying participants before they join. Call quality is also on par with what you’d expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I run into connection issues from time to time, especially when it tries to push HD quality. Sometimes the links don’t work the way they should, and if you don’t fully understand online meetings, it’s not the easiest thing to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re able to review projections and estimates on a daily or weekly schedule without having to do a full conference call or meet in person. It makes connecting with our corporate team much quicker and more efficient. Honestly, it’s just a great tool to have for any business.

Easy-to-Use Conferencing for Client Meetings, Demos, and Shareable Recordings

  • January 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This is very easy to use conferencing software, which greatly helps in conducting the client meetings to discuss about the projects and give demos. We mostly use it to conduct the client meetings, interviews and training. All these recordings can be saved and shared along with the meeting notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a new comer the settings can be very confusing with a lot of options embedded inside. UI can be made more intiuitve. Also the free version has limited features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a very easy to use software, so non tech people also join the call for product demos. There is no lag during the meetings, which is really important for the client meetings that greatly influence the decision making. Zoom has also helped us in conducting the interviews flawlessly.

Seamless Meetings + Powerful Whiteboard: Easy to Use with Great Support

  • January 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of the same features as Microsoft Teams, but the creative and productivity tools are much better. The whiteboard feature, in particular, and how seamlessly it integrates with the meeting software have been a great help. Everything is also very easy to use. Implementation took some time, but it wasn’t too complicated. Support was great throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked many of the AI integrations, but some of the summary elements and AI suggestions were a bit wonky at times. It did get better over time, though. I think it’s important to review anything the AI writes or suggests, because the meaning can sometimes be misinterpreted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many apps across the department, from Slack and Teams to Figma and Canva to Google Meet and Zoom, so the goal with Zoom Workplace was to merge many of these into one platform where everyone had visibility and there was less work in a silo.

Reliable Communication, Comprehensive Features

  • January 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Zoom Workplace for its reliability and ease of use, even with a large number of participants. The video and audio quality remain very stable. I especially appreciate the 'Screen Sharing' feature that allows me to give live demonstrations and presentations, ensuring everyone is on the same page. The 'Breakout Rooms' are also extremely valuable for splitting into smaller groups for brainstorming or focused discussions, making virtual collaboration feel organized and interactive. The capability to record meetings directly to the cloud, along with the integrated chat system, makes Zoom Workplace a complete workspace for professional communication. Its stable connection, even on slower networks, ensures my work remains uninterrupted.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major drawback is the 40-minute time limit on the free version, which often interrupts longer meetings and can be frustrating. Additionally, Zoom Workplace can be quite heavy on system resources (CPU and RAM), sometimes causing older computers to slow down or overheat during long calls. I also feel that the user interface can get cluttered with too many icons and settings, making it a bit overwhelming for first-time users. Improving the desktop app's performance and simplifying the settings menu would be a great upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the distance issue, allowing global collaboration without travel costs. It prevents miscommunication with screen-sharing and cloud-recording, and stays stable even on slow networks, keeping work smooth and uninterrupted.

Reliable All-in-One Meetings, Chat & Collaboration That Stays Simple

  • January 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What i like most about Zoom Workspace is how it brings meetings, chat and collaboration into a single flow without feeling complicated. In my day to day work, I mostly use it for quick sync calls, client discussions, and internal reviews and reliability has been consistent even when participants join from different networks or devices.Meetings start quickly , and i rarely have to troubleshoot audio or video which matters a lot during back to back calls. I have also started using zoom's team chat and meeting summaries more as part of my regular workflow.Being able to continue a conversation after a meeting ,share recordings and revisit key points in one place saves time and reduces follow up emails.Features like screen sharing and annotations are simple but effective ,especially when walking through designs or explaining technical flows to non technical teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike about Zoom Workspace is that as more features have been added, the interface can sometimes feel a bit crowded. When i am just joining a quick meeting,I don't always need to chat.mail, calendar and other tools at the same time and it can take a moment to navigate to exactly what i need.Another drawback i have noticed is notification overload, especially when using team chat alongside meetings. If notifications are not carefully configured it is easy to get distracted during focus time .I have had to spend time adjusting settings to keep it manageable.
Occasionally meeting quality can also depend heavily on network conditions. While Zoom is generally reliable, video quality can drop during unstable connections which affects discussions in longer or more detailed meetings.Overall zoom workspace works well but it does require some setup and discipline to avoid unnecessary noise and keep the experience streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace solves the problem of fragmented communication across meetings, chat and follow ups. Before using it regularly, video calls, messages and shared updates were spread across different tools which made it harder to keep context .Witch zoom workspace.meeting ,recording ,chat conversations, and summaries stay connected so it is easier to continue work after a call ends.In my day to day work this reduces unnecessary meetings and long email threads. If someone misses a meeting they can quickly catch up using recordings or summaries instead of asking for full recap.Real time features like screen sharing and collaboration tools help teams align faster, especially in remote or hybrid setups
The biggest benefits for me is continuity.Zoom workspace helps turn meetings into actionable conversations rather than isolated events, which improves clarity ,saves time and keeps everyone aligned.

Efficient Meetings with Superior Breakout Rooms

  • January 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace mostly for breakout rooms, and this feature is better on this platform than other competitors. It's easy to collaborate, and we can annotate, react, and share screens easily. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slow to start a generic meeting on the spot. I wish there was a 'start meeting now' feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for breakout rooms as they are better than competitors. It's easy to collaborate with annotations, reactions, and screen sharing.

User-Friendly with Clear Communication

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace because of its user-friendly interface and the ease my clients feel when using it. I just send them the link to join, and they are in. It's really important for me, especially when doing a nutrition-focused physical exam, to have clear picture quality, and Zoom Workplace always delivers good service and clarity. The initial setup was very easy, and that made the transition smooth for me. I also appreciate the ability to have a video chat with my clients and host group sessions like seminars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version had a longer Zoom meeting time. The 45-minute cut-off usually is too short for my initial consultations. Not having a cut-off time during meetings, I sometimes do not know how long the meetings will be and I don't like being cut off mid-sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows me to have video chats with clients and group sessions for seminars, with a user-friendly interface my clients find easy to use. Clear video quality supports my nutrition-focused physical exams, ensuring effective consultations.

Reliable platform for meetings and remote collaboration

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is dependable and simple to use. Even with a large number of participants, the audio and video quality is constant. Screen sharing, chat, and calendar integration are examples of features that function well and need little setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software occasionally seems heavy and consumes more system resources than anticipated. For smaller teams, the majority of advanced functionality and AI technologies are restricted to expensive programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace resolves problems with distant cooperation and communication. It facilitates the management of team conversations, meetings, and classes from any location. This enhances teamwork, cuts down on travel, and saves time.

Reliable Platform for Remote Hiring

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how reliable and easy to use Zoom Workplace is. It's simple to schedule and join meetings, with consistent video and audio quality unlike other platforms. Sharing and recording work without complication. Reliability means we don't have to worry about technical issues during important interviews, helping us stay professional and focused. The ease of use allows candidates and hiring managers to join quickly without confusion, saving time and keeping the hiring process moving smoothly. The initial setup was very easy, didn't require much training, and our team was able to start scheduling and hosting meetings right away. The integration with our calendars made the transition smooth and quick. I rate it a 9 out of 10 because it's reliable, easy to use, and works really well for remote hiring and team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes large meetings can feel overwhelming to manage, especially when coordinating with multiple speakers and chat messages at once. Connectivity issues on the candidate's side can also disrupt interviews. It would be great to have built-in hiring tools, or structured interview templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to solve our distance problem in remote hiring. It simplifies interview setups, reduces travel time and costs, and enhances clear communication. Its reliability and ease of use keep our hiring process smooth by avoiding technical issues and saving time.

All-in-One Collaboration Suite That Elevates Teamwork

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is a strong all‑in‑one collaboration suite for professionals, combining video meetings, chat, whiteboarding, documents, and AI features in a single interface. It is especially compelling for distributed teams that live in meetings and async collaboration, though some organizations may find pricing, complexity, and reliance on the Zoom ecosystem to be notable trade‑offs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost especially for a small business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace primarily solves the problem of fragmented communication and scattered work apps, which leads to context switching, time waste, and missed information. By unifying meetings, chat, whiteboards, docs, email, and calendar in one workspace, it turns the “meeting app” into a central, everyday work hub
