What do you like best about the product?
It keeps my team in conversation with eachother - very easy to use and understand
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more admin oversight and more customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an entirely remote organization - without Zoom we wouldn't be able to operate

What do you like best about the product?
It makes communication easier. We can teach to people who cannot make it to our live classes at physical locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that you cannot disable people asking to control my camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us reach people we would not otherwise be able to reach due to physical distance.

Zoom Rooms work very well and interoperate with Teams
What do you dislike about the product?
New features are opt-out instead of opt-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interoperability with Teams allows us to use our two primary conferencing tools in one package.

Best video conferencing platform I've found

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a lot of video conferencing tools in the past and honestly have found Zoom to be the most user-friendly and reliable. Whether it's a one-to-one conference call or internal call, internal team chats or external pitches/calls it's served useful for any scenario that I need to use it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that comes to mind but one that I've seen happen a few times historically (I think it may be more Google than Zoom though) is my zoom browser extension that's tied into my google calendar will get kicked out and when I set a calendar/meeting invite the option to make it a zoom meeting isn't there and I have to reload the browser and occassionally resync the two platforms to get it to work right. The only other thing I would say would be sharing files in a zoom chat is either non-existent or cumbersome so I usually have to convert things to a g-doc and then share a link, some improved way to file share would be sweet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to do both external and internal video conferecning, screensharing, workshops, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very simple to use which helps reduce intervention from the IT department. Usually people need training once and they're set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a "downside" but it routinely asks me to download zoom app when I use the links to connect even though I already have it installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conferencing. I find Zoom to be fairly straight forward to use.

zoom workplace has it all from the best ui to the best services withing the app
What do you dislike about the product?
to be honest if we could minimize having sms and team chat in the same place we shoud just have one

It solces when staff are remote and needing to join meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Usually very easy to join a Zoom either from my laptop, from the phone app, from the browser or by dialing in. My favorite part is having my own unique link I can have for Zoom meetings. Being able to say ____.zoom.us/MyLink is so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to schedule invites in my calendar. So often I will use Google Meet instead since that is a one-stop shop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way to connect with clients, team members and partners. Journalists usually use Zoom over other video conferencing solutions. Though some still use Teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest way to connect colleagues from all over. Super easy to implement and recognized by almost every user. We use this product daily without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
About the only thing is swapping between hosts or trying to help people how to figure out how to share their screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have no problems
