I've been happy with the Zoom experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for technologically challenged users makes it easier to manage from the IT side.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was still a learning curve required for users to begin using things like the waiting room and other resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a easy to use conferencing experience that is better than what users were doing before.

What do you like best about the product?
The features are rich, using it is very easy, very friendly.
Implementing and integrating to/for our users was a breeze as they give you multiple options for installs.
Multiple ways to install.
Customer Support, tho I haven't had used their support personally, just what's online and it's clear and easy to read. Their documentation is very thorough.
We use Zoom daily, and there are hardly any issues (as compared to other vendors).

What do you dislike about the product?
I understand why they do it, but updates. There seems to be way too many updates.
That's not a bad thing - just annoying for users who don't have admin rights. But again, I understand why.

Zoom Workplace helps make sure our staff can communicate effectively with each other, their clients, the youth and any one else that may need to collaborate.

We can meet anytime and anywhere. It's highly innovative with featurs like AI transcription, breakout rooms, recording.

Nothing really except for the potential hacking problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit because meetings don't have to be face to face all the time. It saves us travel time. Also, im particularly an introvert so it's better for me if I don't have to meet in person.

On Video conferencing when users can share their screens and we have access to and control of their screens is very helpful in solving the issues that end users face.
