What do you like best about the product?
Seamless connectivity, ease of use, customer support, suport for billing through IBAN transfers
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing its been a great platform , i dont see any negative side

What do you like best about the product?
The zoom workplace is all inclusive. It allows for many members of our team to create groups, stay connected and work from home as needed. When we need help the customer support has been quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connectivity can be difficult. At times, because we have team members working in different places the notifications are delayed or aren't calibrated to ensure we see the alert right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is versatile and allows us to be mobile. It creates opportunity for us to collaborate and generate streamlined communication with team members as we are in and out of the physical office.

Zoom is a flexible tool for virtual communication

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom integrates well with other productivity tools like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Slack, and various learning management systems. This integration helps streamline workflows and improves efficiency.

Zoom can handle meetings ranging from small, one-on-one sessions to large webinars with thousands of participants. This scalability makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, from personal use to large corporate events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite improvements, Zoom has faced scrutiny over security issues, such as "Zoombombing" (unauthorized participants disrupting meetings), data encryption practices, and other vulnerabilities. Although measures have been taken to enhance security, concerns still exist.

Especially for our organization, we have found that zoominfo is capturing our data and using it on their site, this leads us to feel like our information is being sold by Zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote and hybrid work environments can lead to communication gaps and collaboration challenges. Zoom provides high-quality video and audio conferencing, instant messaging, and collaborative tools like screen sharing and whiteboards, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration regardless of team members' locations

Great conferencing tool focused on just that

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom, unlike many other tools focused priamrily on video conferencing. As such, as you use the tool, it really is clearly built just for that. Additioanlly, it is extremely easily, works accross a multiple of platforms and devices, and just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations could work slightly better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our remote workforce to communicate with each other.

What do you like best about the product?
Recording webinars and reporting. Also google calendar integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Some other organizations dont use it and struggle to download it at the time of the meeting.

Screen sharing and training customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Software is easy to use, and allows me to keep track of my business conversations easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this time. I use it for general use of calls and texts, so may not be a top user myself. But again, it works for my needs just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating with customers to schedule meetings, or gather information via text.

easy to understand. Little to no trainnig needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin side could be a little better organized. Sometimes finding a section setting can be challenging .

With 80+ % of the company being remote... I keeps the teams connected

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace has been great at allowing our employees to use a centralized platform to chat, communicate, and interact effectively within th eorganization. It's seamless and integrates well with outlook

Nothing, it is seamless. Potentially add more functionality to integrate better with outlook, like viewing meeting notes, etc

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use - and when I do have questions, the knowledge base is helpful in getting answers to them. It meets my needs, and always has additional flexibility of top of my current needs. I know it's a product that can grow with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of extra features that I don't feel like I know how to start incorporating into my current workflows - tons of untapped potential. I wish I knew where to go for additional onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect with my co-workers in a user friendly way, even if they lack more sophisticated technical skills. It's easy to start a call at any time while still feeling secure.

What do you like best about the product?
The whiteboard feature is extremely handy and easy to use. The live transcription is very, very accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints from anyone using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for short meetings where getting together in a boardroom would double the length of the meeting. It also allows people to easily for their portion of the meeting and then return to work. Longer meetings are also easier to schedule since this allows a mix of in-person and WFH participation.
