Standardize, cutting edge apps and integrations, timely reponse and support and a concise and easy to navigate admin dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and implementation of its built-in tools. I frequently use Zoom to host meetings and webinars and find its features support my needs well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that some member of my team consistently have difficulties using the software or have reliable access.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is, it is very easy to link Zoom with another app such as Google calendar. As a business, we also have a dedicated rep who we can contact for additional help or if there are technical issues. Following the last point, I've never encoutered any technical issues which I'm also very grateful for. We use Zoom every day for work and I use it at least four times a week. There are many features available, you can blurr your background or even change it, it's easy to put your group in breakout rooms, if you don't have access to a computer, you can use your phone, and there are more ways to use Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is't really anything about Zoom that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Screensharing is something that I also really love which I forgot to mention in my previous comment. Whenever I need to help someone with a document or how a website works, or if I'm presenting something, I love to screenshare.

What do you like best about the product?
This product keeps getting better. What used to be a tool for video chat has become a legit collaboration suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can be pretty pricey to fully leverage, but it truly is worth it when it's all said and done. Meeting rooms and new hardware do add up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have offices in 5 cities. Now we can put faces to names and truly get on the same page with our out-of-town coworkers.

Zoom Workplace is easy to use all around - I love the integrations with other systems and tools that I use at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do like the updates and new features from time to time, it can be difficult to remember where everything is when those updates happen (especially for certain features that you don't use regularly like sound sharing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a company that is 100% remote, so Zoom Workplace let's us connect and "see" each other regularly. We are a very camera-on organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is great as it allows us to schedule zoom calls from our calendar and use the team chat to share discussion notes. Our marketing team uses the surveys function during their webinars which allows them to gather much needed information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace doesn't have much to dislike, the only complaint would be the pricing, if it were a bit cheaper it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we work mostly remotely, all of our work meetings are conducted via zoom, so it's an essential part of our business operations.

The audit logs it provides from a security standpoint are not verbose enough for admin actions.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it for work and I love it a lot. I like screen sharing and I like the live translation capabilities. Way more intuitive that other online meeting platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The caption service could be more accurate. I'd like there to be a native timer. I liked the emoji's how they were where it was animated in the corner. I don't like that things get moved around after each update. The audio to speakers mic and sharing audio I notice gets wonky. I don't know that I like chat that continues and is accessible from prior meetings, not great for confidentiality. I like it is a possibility, so turn off unless turned on, vs what it is right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching online and even socializing with friends. TREMENDOUS. And please keep the cost this rate or lower. It is making access great
