Zoom Works like a Charm!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom really allows you to be with your team and communicate. It is super easy to use for meetings, presentations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have encountered is when my internet is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is remote so we really needed something that we could communicate quickly with the team, via Chat, as well as ensure our weekly meetings were productive.
Zoom Workplace is an essential tool for my work life.
What do you like best about the product?
As a full-time remote worker I use Zoom Workplace several times a week. I like the new intuitive design; it looks bright and "happy." It's very easy to use. It starts right away when I click links that I or others have set up. Sharing my screen or documents, Chat, Captioning, Reactions - they all work seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most video conferencing, there are still problems when two people try to speak at the same time. something gets cut off and you have to go back and start again with what you were saying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Half of our staff work remotely. Zoom Workplace helps us to connect and not feel so isolated. sharing files and editing or working on documents is important for us; it's easy to do this in Zoom.

Easy to use. The sound is clear. The features are easy to use.

I have not found anything that I do not like

Really enjoy the ease of use!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use. Navigation is clean and easy. Was easy to implement and tain our team on. We started with phones and have transitioned to the new email platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few slight modifications with the new email platform. We have been working with the team to find fixes and work arounds. The team has been great to work with

Being able to "cherry pick" specific emails, spell check, and agent signature

What do you like best about the product?
i like the UI and how easy it is to navigate through the space based on the design. i use this app every single day and i love how easy it is to create chats and keep conversations + video calls organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't enjoy having the longer process to add contacts from external numbers.

communication between different departments is easier through the zoom workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom Workplace is that it allows all staff, trustees and committee members to attend meetings even though they can't be there in person, and that means that everyone is "in the loop."
It also allows us to reach a broader audience for public programs and to record programs for more opportunities to share our content.

It does take a little time to set up before a meeting and participants have to have a good internet connection for it to work.

Enabling better attendance at meeting and broadening our audience for programs. More gets accomplished and more people become aware of our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has responded to the demands of a hybrid and remote workforce and the quick rise of aritifical intelligence. Our teams love the AI enabled features that help us to recap our calls and communicate across locations. We live and breathe our work based off of Zoom's ability to connect us, so we can collaborate effectively. As a marketer, I also appreciate that Zoom integrates smoothly with our CRM for our external meetings and events.
What do you dislike about the product?
It boggles me that there is not an option within Webinars to allow participants to use their video within the full room or breakout rooms.

Efficiency and hands-free meetings.

Zoom falls short in comparison to competitors like Gong, especially when it comes to AI translation services. While Zoom is a reliable platform, its lack of advanced translation capabilities is a drawback for our multinational team. We've been impressed with Gong's affordability and superior AI translation, which has significantly improved our communication efficiency. We hope Zoom takes note and considers incorporating similar features in the future to better meet the diverse needs of its users

The platform's various features, such as chat, screen sharing, and file sharing, enable seamless communication among team members. This fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing, leading to improved productivity and innovation within our organization.

There are frequent disconnects and it'll make it hard to communicate other people.
