The best thing I like about zoom is the reliability in terms of connecting the people through collaboration, video quality and the ease to use the same.

Zoom is enterprise ready and gives us the option for the hybrid work efficiently. The interface is so intuitive and the reliability in terms of staying smooth even when the internet is unstable is completely game changing. It boosts productivity as well through AI assistance like summary and notes. All in all, it helps team members to stay connected and automate the routine tasks.

I use Zoom Workplace mainly for work meetings, and I appreciate that Zoom delivers quality audio and video, with better connections. It's an all-in-one app that brings together meeting and chat, team channeling, clips, mail, and calendar, which I find incredible. I like having all these tools in one place, which is very convenient. The initial setup was easy, especially with the help of a guide.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become the industry standard for virtual meeting software. I have tried other video call services, but Zoom stands out as the best. Its user interface is very intuitive, making it easy to use, and I find the breakout room feature especially useful.

The only aspect I dislike is how easily the meeting tabs can be accessed upon logging in.

Can meet from anywhere at any time. I love the ease of using the app across all of my devices..

Zoom can occasionally be slow to start when accessed through the web, and the video quality is not always consistent or as good as I would like.

I appreciate the flexibility of being able to meet at any time and from any location. It's also very simple to set up a meeting space and join a call quickly.

I really enjoy using Zoom workplace and I love how it integrates and easy communication method for my team to use! It helps us get way more work done because we don't physically need to be with one another to have a meeting.

I don't like that Zoom Workplace isn't as good on the mobile application compared to the desktop version. There are problems when it comes to connecting to calls, there are less features than the desktop version, and the quality just isn't as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps my team immensely. Thanks to Zoom Workplace my team can communicate seamlessly without having to be physically with each other. This is amazing because my team is consistently traveling from state to state and it is virtually impossible for us to all be in the same building together. Without Zoom Workplace my team couldn't even exist! I love how easy this application makes it for us to get work done together!

All of its features seem very useful to me for the virtual meetings I attend, and I also feel that it can improve contact with the teams in the field...

Integration with external calendars is not always the best option.
