Love Using Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform is best.
There is no lag while we install or join meetings.

Sometimes, it behaves erratically when network connectivity is low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows us to bring our prospects & team members together for large meetings.
Zoom Workplace is an asset to my daily work and allows me to easily communicate with my coworkers.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and organization. I default to chats, which are front and center, but I can make a call or meeting with a coworker at a click of a button. The integration with SMS is also convenient for communicating with staff in the field who may more easily respond to a text than Zoom chat. Additionally, Zoom runs on all of my devices, making it easy to stay connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's recent updates have included things like whiteboards and clips which are superfluous features that clutter the UI by default. Additionally, the calendar integration with Microsoft Outlook sometimes fails to update calendar items when they are modified within Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is a key component of my day-to-day work and is my go-to when I need to colloborate.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you get your own personal meeting room link. I've used Zoom at every company I've been at. Rarely do I get glitches even if there are a lot of people in the room, and the Zoom backgrounds are cool! I love that they keep the platform updated with new features to ensure meetings are not boring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't think I can think of anything! It's the best platform for remote meetings and has everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping remote teams connected. Glad I don't have to go into the office too much anymore.

Still somewhat clunky UXE especially when scheduling meetings

Virtual meetings are easier than in-person so goes without saying

Zoom workplace is easy to use, and easy intergration with outlook.

The only downside would be it is hard to cancel features we do not use.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it the easiest to use of all systems. WebEx is a disaster. I dislike MS Teams - too clunky. Gmeet is just okay.

Not much, but I did find changing screens, views inside the mobile app a bit clunky.

Multiple internal meetings and client presos a week.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a complete meeting solution. It is very intuitive and easy to figure out, it is packed full of features, with new ones added regularly, and it has really great integrations with Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
IOS application will end a meeting if you answer a phone call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides flexibility to staff members who are telecommuting or working from home and allows everyone to collaborate. It also allows staff to schedule their own meetings without the hand holding from the IT or communications teams.
Best tool to organize calls
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to use, is available with everyone and I never felt any lag. Very good to use for internal calls as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the transcribe feature which other tools have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our important calls including board meets are recorded in this, which becomes useful later for review.
