Video conferencing with Zoom is such a satisfying experience.
What do you like best about the product?
It has the best video and audio output engines such that audio and video relays is very clear.
We find it easy to use because it has the most friendly and easy to use user interface. Very easy to integrate with other software products that we use in our organisation. I can testify that Zoom has no application errors and it is very reliable.

Nothing at all can I point out as a dislike regarding zoom since it is very reliable and very helpful in our organisation.

It is very convenient for me to attend a meeting on zoom . I like you can add or remove candidates according to you preferences

There must be more emoji to show your expression while on mute other than that I m satisfied
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do meeting with so many people in a one go and I can set timing for end of the meeting and one for thing I can remove or mute people out of my meeting.

Zoom,in addition to serving as a soft phone,boasts several other advantageous features. Most notably ,it consistently functions without glitches or software problems. Furthermore,the analytics it provides are truly fantastic.

Main issue herr is that people joining from Mobile,they are not able to see the video screen while chatting.

The cost benefit is very good and ease of connection. It is available to use with no charge.The software has several features.

The app that lets you collaborate and communicate with your team in real time. It is one of the most compelling options out there when it comes to meeting virtually. Whether you need to host a webinar, teach a class or any other personal and professional use. The app that brings people together no matter where they are. It's features are also unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to suggest some points of improvements. I think it is much better if only those inside will see the chats in everyone and will not appear on the whole meeting. Separation of chats from everyone and direct messages.

We don't need to coach one by one since there has screen sharing and zoom meeting in zoom.

Sometimes, the video invite link does not work, so I have to send the link again. Only this is an issue I face. Overall this tool is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me to interact with my clients on a daily basis. We can schedule conferences on a Zoom calender. And then we don't have to worry about sending the invite again and again. Zoom automatically send the invite daily.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I really appreciate about Zoom is how it streamlines video calls. Just clicking on a link allows you to join a meeting, and the audio and video quality is excellent. Additionally, it enables seamless communication with a large group of people simultaneously, almost as if you're speaking with them in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom is fantastic for online meetings, there are a couple of drawbacks that can be bothersome. Occasionally, the video quality may not be as sharp as desired. Moreover, the free version imposes time restrictions, cutting off meetings if they exceed a certain duration. Despite these minor inconveniences, Zoom remains incredibly useful overall.
