What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is everything, I love the functionality of it
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when downloading locally and it possibly get interrupted then you have a corrupt file

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the built out settings, AR features, etc. It makes Zoom the ideal video conferencing software for Enterprise organizations. As an IT person, I love being able to annotate, take remote control, become a pirate!, also the reporting is amazing for auditing. All around a great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about ZW is the new UI needing 10 updates in the span of a month lol and how hard it is for folks to figure out how to turn Gestures off. Also it's pretty pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a comprehensive VC solution! Benefits me because its fully built out and realized with all the tools an IT person could need!

It has a cleaner look and is easy to use

The hide self view option is harder to locate.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use. It has all of the features my team and I need for our day-to-day activities in video calls. It has nice features such as boca blurring and adding an alternative background if you're on the go and need to hold a meeting professionally. It's easy to start and secure with password-protections. When I took my individual Zoom account and went to add it to my professional workplace Zoom business subscription, customer support was helpful in helping me do so. We use Zoom everyday and it's been easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom satisfies my workplace needs and there's nothing I would add or change about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure what problems Zoom Workplace is solving.
The New Normal - Zoom Solves
What do you like best about the product?
Life, as we know, has changed since COVID. Zoom saved us and to this day, allows us to remain connected and work as a fully remote company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it's solid as is. The updatees that have happened have been lovely updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us, as a fully remote company, to stay connected and conduct business.
Improved experience with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
The new productivity tools is very helpful such as zoom notes and clips! We also appreciate the updated Whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Older devices may struggle with Zoom’s newer features as we had some staff complain about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For external meetings Zoom is much more intuitive and easier to join then competing platforms. We use Zoom exclusively for our external meetings with our clients & community partners.

I think for what you get it tends to be a little pricey.

It creates a simple and user friendly experience for not only our team here in the company but also external users and candidates.

The phone call quality is not always the best and comes in a little low and muffled

Communication given our hybrid and multi-site locations. I will also say keeping the team connected.
One system with all the features needed
What do you like best about the product?
I am most happy with the recent AI Companion integration. Having this embedded into the program allows for less third party applications (i.e. Otter AI). I love that zoom connects/integrates with our google meeting invites, CRM System and conference room. I love the updates to the platform application for computers, with the two screens so you can still view all the faces and the shared screen! Our Sales Rep has been fanastic and always quick to respond. I find thier support team very helpful.

For what our association uses this application for, I really have no dislikes or complaints

The improvements made in Zoom so far has made our workflow better and the AI Companion has allowed us to work smarter, not harder.
