Zoom Workplace is a worth it addition to your company
What do you like best about the product?
The Ai companion! It's a nice tool for meeting recap and if you're late you can just mention your name and then it will give you a brief if your name was called
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, nothing as I'm subscribed to their new features too. Please develop them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The meeting recap takes time but with Zoom AI you can simplify your task, edit it and share it too!

More of a standard now to use zoom than other meeting applications like teams or webex.

Nothing really, maybe more audio settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having meeting with users in different locations benefits our organization because it allows us to collaborate without needing to travel.

Enhanced Collaboration Features and Unified Communications Platform fir video meetings, phone calls, and messaging into a single interface. The Branding Customization. Customer support is awesome!

Zoom gives me a unified platform for all the employees at this company so chat, talk and collaborate on projects around the globe.
Zoom has helped bring our team members together. it has increased collaboration and efficiency 100%

I really have not come up with a downside for our team

Reliability is what I like best. Zoom products have always been reliable

The thing I like least is that once you add on a feature, even if you only need it for a short period of time, you are locked in for that feature until your renewal

Our business involves alot of work from home employees. Zoom is helpful to bring us together as a team. Also, we rely on zoom to bring our clients together with their customers remotely.

Its simple and easy to use. I like that I can attach the meetings to my calendar.

It would be easier if I can set the zoom in my calendar without the waiting room.
